This judgement delivered before the Senate met was never made public and complainant a Lawyer by profession never made reference to it during sitting only for it to become public 12 hours after Senate met and over 48 hours after the judgement by Sahara Reporters.

They REMOVED the very few Yoruba people occupying such post. I remembered when Capt Demuren was removed as NCAA DG, before then Onagoruwa (DG, BPE) and others have been systemically removed, we protested to David Mark the Senate President and David Mark promised us the next occupant must be from South West. He fulfilled his promise but before the new DG could resume from abroad there was a fraud (Oduahgate Scandal). Because the new DG failed to cover the fraud, he was removed and replaced with a northerner.

Apart from Adesina the Minister of Agriculture, there is no any tangible appointment given to the Yorubas. There is no any major project started or completed in South West. All the strategic and juicy Government Agencies that are not visible to the public are filled with their people.

It started under JONATHAN. The IBOS that controlled JONATHAN government filled all strategic appointments in Government Agencies and Departments with their people. They REMOVED the very few Yoruba people occupying such post. I remembered when Capt Demuren was removed as NCAA DG, before then Onagoruwa (DG, BPE) and others have been systemically removed, we protested to David Mark the Senate President and David Mark promised us the next occupant must be from South West. He fulfilled his promise but before the new DG could resume from abroad there was a fraud (Oduahgate Scandal). Because the new DG failed to cover the fraud, he was removed and replaced with a northerner.

Apart from Adesina the Minister of Agriculture, there is no any tangible appointment given to the Yorubas. There is no any major project started or completed in South West. All the strategic and juicy Government Agencies that are not visible to the public are filled with their people.

It got to a level OBASANJO wrote open letter to JONATHAN over lopsided appointment in Federal Government Agencies. Late Chief E.D Clark replied OBASANJO on paid advertisements on several pages of different Newspapers with breakdown of appointments, despite all the manipulations, it was widely opened and visible.
