when I read the first report claiming some people were sacked based solely on the reason of being married women, I smiled, cause I knew it was a big lie. I work in a multinational and most of my customers are cooperate organizations as well. While my best and matured customers have being from both sexes in most cases, my worse working relations have being with "Yes" old married women. When I discussed this trend with colleagues they are quick to point out most of these old married women have had their husbands snatched by young vibrant ladies, and since they are out of the market they have grown moody and bitter and it reflects in their work performance and attitude.

I don't know if truly in my case, the women I have come across as being too touchy might have lost their spouses to other women, but personally I believe a lot of old married women in cooperate environments suffer from inferiority complex perhaps out of the lack of self confidence to manage present work demands. if you are confident of yourself and your abilities, you would wear a smile on your face most times, and regardless of peoples opinions you would do your job in the most professional and matured way.

While it can also be said that a lot of women do have mood swings due to hormonal imbalance, the expectation is that the older anyone gets, especially in a work environment, the more mature they should become - the more tolerant and understanding they should become. At the end of the day the bitter truth is that someday, one-day the job we all hold on too so tightly would be taken from us for younger more vibrant boys or girls to take over, that's the lesson

But Jesus has come to destroy all that, only if we tap into His power.

It is sad that a man of God lacks the understanding that definitely not all eating in dreams can ever be a good thing. Loads of people that have encountered issues explain it started from a dream, so dreams cannot and should not be taken lightly. If a lead Pastor can successfully eat in dreams with no consequences, perhaps because of the level of faith, power and understanding he might have attained, surely not all members would have attained such. And really if you are allowed to eat all they bring in dreams, can you also have sex? Ok is sex with your wife in a dream also good, after all he is your wife?

A lot of churches lack spiritual understanding because they foolishly like to accept that the devil is powerless against them. If the devil was so powerless, the world won’t be such a haven of bad stories, destruction and so much suffering. The devil capitalizes on the lack of understanding of spiritual issues to deal with a lot of Christians, while ensuring they retain a commendable financial status to create the façade that God is surely blessing them after all.

Eating in dreams is a no!, thanks to Dr Olukoya for teaching us that much.

A lot of grown ups today were force fed at least once in their childhood years, especially those that grew up in privileged homes, because not eating is a rich man's child's issue. A lot of the parents then were equally strangely very educated. I think the act is bore out of desperation. 1) Find out if there is anything wrong with the child physiologically by first physically examining the child and, if necessary, take the child to a medical profesional.

2) Change the food type (which you have already done)

3) WAIT! Put the food on the side. When the child is hungry wellu wellu, it would ask/cry for food and eat what is offered.
