Sports › Re: Gernot Rohr Omits Nigeria From Possible Teams To Win AFCON by profmallor: 10:55pm On Mar 04, 2019
That's what a good coach says, I have never heard the coaches of Brazil, Argentina, Germany, Spain even when these countries were at the top of their performances admit they are favorites to win any tournament. Only baby coaches cant resist the temptation to show off.
Politics › Re: "How I Experimented To See If My Vote Counts" - Twitter User by profmallor: 3:01pm On Feb 26, 2019
Very funny but clever. I am sure he has a visa out of this country, he is un-waivered by all this drama, to him he can even afford to experiment. That's a good place to be.
Sports › Re: Cup Final: Chelsea Keeper Refuses To Come Off, Coach Maurizio Sarri Angry(Photos by profmallor: 10:50pm On Feb 24, 2019
This is a reflection of the coup that must be going on in the dressing room. The coach must be weak, confused and indecisive. You are the coach, but the players would read and interpret your body language to know how far they can push it. Instead of running around throwing tantrum he should have put his foot down and delayed play until the substitution must have been made. The substitute goalies is a better Penalty stopper than he is and he refused to leave, just imagine?

I understand "very rich", "divinely blessed", "Impactfully rich" but not sure of what dangerously rich means. Still trying to comprehend the adjective and in what context it was meant to have been made.

This is Nigeria, logic just doesn't always apply. So thank God for them not been made statistics.

SarkinYarki:
Nigerians sha can dramatize anything to make it look like na dem specia to God pass Here is the true story the Left PH late and arrived LOS just as a storm was approaching , the pilot was given the go by the control tower to proceed with land based on Captains judgement , the captain made the approach and was not satisfied with the visibility of the runway and condition on ground so he powered up for a go around to see let the storm pass believing that the storm would have passed in minutes but the storm took longer to pass to the had to maintain and holding pattern on the outskirts of Lagos till conditions got better to land ... at no time where the passengers at any kind of risk as the plane was in great condition and only entered a holding pattern as safety precaution which is commendable If the turbulence was that bad believe the pilot would have easily moved for another airport ...

what if he asked easterners to vote Atiku, now that would be an interesting twist. If he says anything otherwise, he is working for APC cause a no vote is an APC win simple.

Bros, if the votes from Kano is split by as little as 1/3 Buhari might be taking a walk.

Crime › Re: Kidnapped Man Rejected By Ritual Killers Because Of Scar On His Head. Photo by profmallor: 2:21pm On Oct 05, 2018
Evil men have waxed stronger at these times. They take both men and women, young and old for their devilish acts. People are kidnapped and killed regularly, missen report of people is frequent. May the Angels of God watch over everywhere we go, where we will go and not return may we not be able to go even if we want too in Jesus name.
Sports › Re: Juventus Issue Statement On Cristiano Ronaldo Rape Allegations by profmallor: 11:40am On Oct 05, 2018
Please from lawyers I ask, not disputing that Ronaldo might have had a one night stand with the lady here, but how does one prove rape or not for something that happened 10 years ago?. I like to know how a court views and approaches these sort of accusations. I mean if multiple women all of the sudden start to pop up, I can understand a trend, but in an isolated case how strong of a case does she have?.
Politics › Re: Ben Bruce: 'Dangote Is More Powerful Than Buhari' by profmallor: 11:31am On Oct 05, 2018
If he tries it AMCON would take over his businesses and in less than a month, no one would remember Government is running his show. There are a number of big businesses in Nigeria that have been taken over by Government. All these Billionaires have a thin line between wealth and nothing. But Dangote has done well, we won't fail in Jesus name.

Lordave:
And Dangote can choose to shut down operations and lay off workers, thereby rendering the labor market unnecessarily saturated with unwanted labor force.

How is that good for Buhari and his government?
Politics › Re: Ben Bruce: 'Dangote Is More Powerful Than Buhari' by profmallor: 11:22am On Oct 05, 2018
Gibberish. And why is Dangote doing Ran-ka-de-de to every President at ASO rock?, cause he knows that to sustain the edge he has acquired he needs to be a friend of whosoever is in Government else his wealth would go down. Just one strange Policy would do the damage

I don't know if all he said adds up, but surely one thing I know is that the Ijebu people are so blessed even amongst the Yoruba tribe. Ijebu people are shrewd and very intelligent business people.
Literature › Re: Chimamanda Adichie Speaks Pidgin English, Reveals What Feminism Means To Her by profmallor: 12:58pm On Oct 04, 2018
Even amongst men, sadly not all men are equal, Africans are still fighting and dealing with racism stigma across the world. Even very successful footballers like Eto still have to contend with condescending views of white men. I dont know if we would have ever have an equal world till Christ comes back
Politics › Re: Why Nigeria Is Being Encircled By Military Bases. by profmallor: 12:50pm On Oct 02, 2018
If Nigeria breaks, the only interests the US have is in the Oil producing regions and to ensure Islamic insurgents don't overrun the small packets of isolated Christians. Every other tribe or interest groups can go and do whatever they want
Politics › Re: Who Is Bayo Adelabu Penkelemesi? Biography, Age, Oyo APC Governorship Candidate by profmallor: 9:35pm On Sep 30, 2018
while his resume sounds very impressive it is hard to not see the influence his grandfather would have had on his astronomical rise in his career. I choose to believe it can't get any worse for Oyo state as Ajimobi, an all-time low, is the worst thing that can happen to Oyo state.
Politics › Re: Tinubu's Camp Threatens Ambode: Stand Down Or Face Impeachment by profmallor: 8:44pm On Sep 30, 2018
if you believe you are capable of fighting then you should not have even bothered to beg. Begging and discussing come only after stalemates. Now Ambode putting up a fight is only burying himself, a wiser decision would have been to leave

That was before such insensitive comments were made public knowledge. I am not certain how this would end, but he is divisive, those christians that sit in the middle will very soon have to stand and be counted as you can see its an opened secret that this man hates Christians.

Career › Re: How Do You Handle An Angry Boss Lady? by profmallor: 10:57am On Sep 26, 2018
shes playing with your head wants to know if you have a spine. So if you turn into a puppy willing to please, you will be doing that for the rest of your or her stay in that organization. If you do your job and suck in the insult regardless of what she throws at you, she would respect you and probably come to rely on you, but she won't tell it to your face. So it depends on your personality, but you must be strategic and important else she won't have even started to try to woo you in the first instance.
