MMM hasn't crashed. But payments have been stopped for one month due to the increased demands for help from people and government interference.
As the scheme is based on the percentage of returning members, I believe it will serve to maintain continuity.
The only problem is that most Nigerians swallow rumours and may declare that it has crashed. Proper education on the freezing/postponement will ensure that people do not panic.
