olushowunm: ... In continuation, you don't start any agro-allied except feedstock is secured, so thats why i suggest the cassava farming and the company too will act as collateral to your lender, because we will execute a tripathite agreement...
Later, we can go into production of Industrial starch, ethanol and HQCF...
But for now we will make money off the demand for the products...
Also, we can do large-scale maize farming of 100hecatres and above by the side 3times a year... With target of 4tons per hectare and season and 1 ton goes for about 6ok- 100k per ton.
For more information, contact me via olushowunmi2@gmail.com. Thanks.
I have sent you a mail.
Please check and revert

Good morning folks.
I have been thinking very hard. I have access to 1.5m USD and am thinking of making a proposal on agro-related investment, as my experience has shown that if you invest in what is been consumed daily, you will be successful...( Dangote style). Am thinking of rice production and processing (repayment for the loan is 3 to 4 years, 15 percent per annum interest). As I learned from another thread, palm oil production will take a longer time. Can you folks that are more experienced help with your inputs? Real Estate, oil and gas, agriculture... No online biz plz. Thank you

@okine... Thank you for this thread. Am opting to give this biz a lot. Am looking at ika and oshimili to set up the biz. Am from kwale. The fund was originally to buy d state fertilizer plant in nasarawa, but my people pulled out, cos of recent security challenge. Am to present something in d region of 1.5 m usd. Can I secure an appropriate area of land around these place? Have u worked on the processing part, I would like to kick off with dt too. My experience with export makes me know the very vast market for its related products. Can I integrate groundnut? As I have great market for that too. I don't think plantain of that magnitude can have ready market but @Igonla, you can help with that. Also, how many times does this nifor specie fruit in a year? Thank you

Good afternoon.
I provided the above links to show dt the enya songs are not actually "soul-lifting" and soul healing" but it transports you to other realms where demons control. That is the catch. It is using a lie. Plz folks, just be careful. I won't say more. People will move, either because they see the light or they feel the heat.
God bless you.

Business To BusinessRe: Buying Food Stuff From The North by prologue: 12:26am On Jun 09, 2013
Am glad to see persons interested in doing this biz. Am not fully into selling of food crops... I do sesame seed especially and solid minerals. I too wanted to delve into foodstuff supply, as I stayed in lagos before but there were challenges. Goods like tomatoes n pepper are perishables. U must have a market and timing is crucial. that's why u see those j5 guys drive anyhow, through the night because they must meet target. Last year, I took yams from otukpo, in benue state to delta state. I made losses. Why? Cos they prefer pepe yams there, and an attempt to keep it further, price crashed. In the southern Nigerian markets too, they have association and u will be frustrated if you are not among them. In nasarawa here, I know the market women president and in meetings of investment stakeholders in the state, I learnt that even dry pepper sellers have gotten an association! Back in 2008, just graduated, I wanted to take oranges to malaysia, went as far as benin rep, I need a reffers (refrigerated) container from maersk line to do dt.
From experience, find out what is obtainable in the local market, go for goods with longer shelf life. Try melon seeds (egusi), groundnut for lagos market (export). Yams are good too, but find out what type and get other relevant infos.
Well, I can give info if needed. Thank you

Enya? E ya... Most persons "enya-ing" with partial knowledge. It is worst than ignorance. Do u have sufficient understanding of the realm u are taken to? U want to dance to the dance of d "cricket", not knowing it is the dance of the spirits. Can u explain her songs? U want to belong abi? You are entrapped... Oiling an endless obsession with an ever widening appetite in the drift into d higher dimensional. Soon, u will need higher consciousness when u get too excited in the "enya" orbital level. Therein lies the problem. U are ignorant and uninitiated, so it gets very dangerous. Expect some to call me slowpoke and mumu. Its not them that speaketh and I forgive u in advance. May the Lord Jesus guide your hearts to the truth. Don't follow those marked for destruction.

kayusbrown: Demonic? That depends on the person listening to it. Her songs are spiritual. They lift the soul and make you go into trance. The purity of your heart will determine whether u'll see angels or demons in your state of trance.
I believe its d vehicle dt got one into trance that will determine what you see. if u are under Grace (pure in heart), no harm.
Hmmmm, really got me thinking. A More intelligent post than those who want to "feel among". I schooled in Delsu, Abraka. There was an igbe house "(water spirit worshipers), when they roll out their drums for worship and play their rhythmic beats, some person can't stay. My hostel was an audible distance from the place. Some will hear from a distance and turn away quickly. There were some that became transfixed about n start the "slow graceful dance" a new gal in d hostel was caught in d beats n started "d dance". At the end, she started crying, feeling she has disgraced herself. The greatest trick of the devil is making people believe he does not exist. Orinocco flows does this. Experiment @ ur own risk. What about those relative of ours that couldn't do without "hard" rap of tupac, biggie, snoop n others... Not all minds can handle these music. My own brother was one, but thank God for his mercy. Enya does this too, in a slow subconscious way.
Music/RadioRe: People Consider Enya's Songs As 'demonic' - Why? by prologue: 3:59am On Jun 08, 2013
What is new age? Enya is plain demonic. She used to be 1 of my faves until a gal started dancing the steps of an Igbe dancer, subconsciously turning like a snake and completely oblivious of her immediate surrounding. This is a very "tooshed" gal. Evil has been "mediarized" until it looks normal. Those of you yarning "sophisticated", play with an "ogbaje" alone (orinocco flows was d particular song). Again, what are the contents and tenets of the new age? Music is like a wind, blowing through ur mind, but it leaves deposits, gradually. I refuse to be swayed. On Christ the solid rock I stand. Elevated minds... U can call me anything but I might decide to take ur case seriously. Jesus is Lord

What about bride price? What was that like?

I think some ladies can be unrealistic when it comes to wedding expectations. They will quote figures as high as 20 mill. Whaaaaat? shocked
Bride price was not even an issue. There is this dstv programme (about to wed) she was always watching and telling me how much stuffs cost and how she preferred them. I have not even built a house. Then she was asking if I had problems with adoption? Wetin carry bicycle go river? She wanted just 2 kids so what is her issue with adoption? Abi she get kid somewhere or no womb? Though I didn't press but tried to fill in the blank spaces. She is beautiful and very educated. Cooks well and neat

These are crazy times. Got involved with a lady about 31 and am 29 and seriously, told her straight up I wanted marriage... First, she said I must prove it. I was reduced to an errand buy to buy stuffs. I use my car to get her around town n she doesn't care how I fuel, but I must fill her bigger gen with fuel, pick up laundry, buy bottled water and all time we ate out, I do the paying... When we discussed marriage, she said we would need 4 to 5 million. Okay, no problem, let's save towards it, as she earn well too( 250k), she said I should take care it. Then cut down on guest list, as mine is no more than 20, she said the least she would expect is 250 so we must plan for that. Thank God, no sex... It was easy for me to take a walk. 1 year on, she is still single. I know I will find a wife soonest... As my new biz picks up properly. most Ladies want the best wedding to post on facebook...

@post... I have asked this several times and understood that because of the overwhelming population advantage of the Tivs, it would be difficult for the Idomas... I guess Mark was just been politically realistic (naija context). Instead of uniting, you are busy crying for Apa state. Where will the Igedes go? To be added with you?
All those crying for state creation should be given the option of staying on their resources for 5 yrs. No contribution from FG in money terms.
Does it matter whose tribe is on the sit? Good governance, not tribal politics is what we should advocating for. How many local govt areas consists of the Idomas? What are your inputs to state and national growth n development? If u are given Apa today, will you people allow the Igedes rule? Can you even survive the status of a state?

Haba, iiliya aliu, u are this foolish as d poly babes u are hustling? Well, back to the matter. The guy was invited and he went. The Emir tried "jazzing" him, but he had a higher consciousness. Why bring "it is our turn"... Ending it with... Your turn for what? U are a foolish as ur oga tanko. Sending 93 men to invite a 76 year old man. The group came together to wade off fulani insurgency.
