oboy3: they should also probe their brother BUUBUU for appointing northerners while neglecting southerners
why do these people think they own Nigeria? I think the yorubas should now join the Igbos to start looking the north in the eyes. The south-west is helping the north to hold this nation hostage, much to the disadvantage of the whole south. Its pathetic. |

qualityovenbake: Since Nigeria gained Independent has any of our ex president been held accountable for corruption? The answer is No. Did jonathan signed peace accord with President Buhari before the general election? The answer is yes. In theory our ex president don't have an immunity clause but in practice they do. the peace accord was for peaceful elections. It doesnt mean he cnt be called to question for his crimes. They ve never bn called to question bcs its corruption that has bn on the throne. Buhari can decide to bell the cat if he so wishes. |

qualityovenbake: Jonathan must come out to defend himself against all this corruption and embezzlement charges. On the other note, It will be interesting to see how an ex president will loss his immunity.
I support the idea of prosecuting our ex presidents that are involve in corruption and embezzlement charges because it will serve as a deterrent against corrupt leaders that are vying for presidency for their personal benefits.
But whatever decision President Buhari makes will have a double-edged sword that Nigeria past and future leaders could come to regret (including himself), because it will set a precedent that has a long-term ramification that will not spare past leader and their allies when they are no longer in power. an ex president doesn't have immunity in our Constitution. |

udmbat: you're right but not everyone has passion for Agriculture. You can't push a medical graduate into the field. Agriculture is for the strong. Developed countries didn't push their graduates into the fields while they were devoloping. Instead, they involved their graduates in innovative reasearh that lead to industrialization. We are youths of the contemporary age. We must not bury our ideas and talents. We must keep struggling and fighting for a better Nigeria. No giving up. it's not only agriculture that I mentioned. Agriculture is not all about cultivating or tilling the ground. There is what is called diversification from what you studied to what can bring you success. In a developed country like US the state of California which is the 5th biggest economy in the world is made by agriculture. So it's not only in developing countries that agriculture is being taken after. Youths of contemporary age with talents my foot. So your so-called talent can't fashion out and develop ideas to get you engaged and successful in life. Your talent is to trek and queue under hot sun for hours looking for a petty job reserved for lazy people without talent and bereft of ideas. A talented person creates ideas. He doesn't depend on other folks. I break the curse of dumbness on the brain of our contemporary youths as they call themselves in Jesus name. |

udmbat: What do u expect graduates to do? Where are the jobs? More and more graduate yearly but no jobs. Look at that picture clearly and imagine the age of those men. Majority of them are above 33. I know people that are yet to get job even 9 years after graduation. there is agriculture to take to my dear. There are apprenticeship schemes. Lots of things. I know many big guys that started that way. They are just too dumb lazy and pompous. Start small and grow. Look at the Igbo man who can go and learn a trade. A graduate can do that. I know some graduates that work for one stark illiterate from my Village and man will be ridiculing them. "If you bash that company car again I will gather you and your useless degree that can't get a decent meal and have left you more foolish than an illiterate and flush both of you down the toilet pit". |

A lot of these youths don't have the capital to start up something coupled with the pressure of the bad economy but they have capital to get a phone and data to come to nairaland and abuse some one who can employ them.
