shadeyinka: I very much agree with everything you said.
However, there may still be a spark of hope for the Hausa if and only if they have a knowledgeable leader from their own midst. I have spoken to a few northerners and only the Fulani of them insist that the symbiosis between Hausa and Fulani is a healthy one. For the Hausa people, they get quiet after this truth is presented to them. One can sense a sigh of despair. I guess on the day they have their own Sunday Igboho or Kalu Nwankwo, their struggle for indepencence may begin. As of today, the situation is hopeless.
The Western Muslim are being used to divide the West in the name of Islam. Unfortunately for them, they don't know that they have fallen under the Taqqiyya of the Fulani and are being used as the primary instrument in the divide and rule tactics. Why don’t you focus on your own Igbo people and leave Hausas alone. Is it a must to dish out propaganda under a false identity? |

Very dumb take. Take away oil from the south south and nothing would be left. Take away nothing from the north and it still remains nothing. Take away money from Dangote and he is just an almajiri. You people are funny.
You guys dont have the skills, your people hate agriculture, they are all looking for office jobs. Nigeria is the number one producer of cassava on the world courtesy of the south. Palm oil is not grown in the north. Ondo state is one of the highest producers of yam in Nigeria. Our yam season is different for The north. Cocoa, kolanut, cashew, maize etc are grown in the south. Jimi24: One of the reasons why I will soon get out of Nairaland is that too many ignorant people are posting stuff. People just grow up in Nigeria, get improper education refuse to research anything, are incapable of thinking and then they post stuff out of rank amateurishness and childishness. Wetin concern Akinwunmi Adesina for COS to a President matter?. Do you even know what the job entails? It is not even a constitutional office. If I was appointed President today, I wont appoint a Chief Of Staff. It is also an office that requires zero technocracy. In fact the best appointees for Chief Of Staff to a President are ex Military officers. The job is to control all presidency staff, administer Aso Rock, control access to the President, channel all reports coming from all organs of government and from the Head Of Service (who controls the ministries) to the President for information and decision making.
It is a very political and policy follow-up job. Presidents can appoint anybody Chief Of Staff and it is at the discretion of a President what to determine weaknesses he has that needs balancing by a Chief Of Staff. I would be surprised if Adesina would be interested in COS job and I would be even more surprised the President that would want to make him COS. Imagine Adesina seating in a meeting where they are discussing how to deal with a recalcitrant governor, whom to appoint as minister or how to respond to the President of Chad? OR how to handle a problematical Senate President? These are some of the day to day things that a COS deals with. It is a very political job, a partisan job. It is not for necessarily accomplished professionals in economics or business. It is for loyalists (long term friends or backers) of a President who are capable in forcing all organs of governments to comply to policy directions.
Please if you are going to comment on issues concerning governance, try to understand how governments work first Don’t mind the fool. |

What is valid is that Northern Muslims don't see Yoruba Muslims as equals. Heck, No Yoruba Muslim is even permitted to look for the Ramadam moon. A Yoruba man is the chairman of the committee sighting the moon. The sultan just announce. If a northerner don’t see Yoruba Muslims as equal, then have you found out if the Yoruba Muslims find them as equals? Hoephase: Not knowing whom your father is, is not the reason to insult people. I would advice you think twice before insulting me because I have enough time today.
If you have the capital to use half of your brain cell you would have understood how difficult it is to arrest a cow herder and the herd at the same time.
Do you know how many cow each Fulani guy herds? You think when NPF arrest four Fulani with average of at least 10 cow in each herd they are going to make provision to transport the suspect and their cattle?
If I may ask of what relevance is showing the public the cow has to do with this case?
Secondly how many times have you read that a graduate committed an offence and people were like where his certificate to prove that he is a graduate? You come from a lineage of pigs. So Tinubu you insulted us your father’s mate? I didn’t read the nonsense to wrote because it’s from a pig’s brain. Learn context and stop allowing politicians to use your head for their dirty game. But from their names it seems they are of Northern extraction probably Fulani.
I am not saying other tribes don't commit crimes but I remember how a lot of people on NL were calling others names because people in the know insisted it was Fulani and a prominent Nigerian foolishly asked for the herd of cow as a proof. Macphenson: Good one from the police if they are actually the really killers.
I remember vividly when this incident took place, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Chicago drug baron came and made a silly statement about the situation, that statement shows that he is daft and myopic in reasoning, as as such has no business with leadership, especially a complex Nation like Nigeria.
They use to say age comes with wisdom, but in the case of Tinubu regarding the present situation, I can authoritatively say that his came with unfounded foolishness .
How can a supposed elder statesman open his Motu and make such foolish statement regarding a death of a person?
In hiw foolishness, he did not realise that he is even putting the family of the deceased through emotional trauma at that point in time? Anyways , what else do you expect of a drug baron. You are making a snide remarks at a man whose lace your parents are not fit to tie. Your parents failed in giving you proper education. He asked people to stop making crime a tribal affair. You all named them Fulani herdsmen and he rightly asked where are their cows? Is that not a reasonable question to ask? Are these criminals Fulani herdsmen now? Retard! |
