The second part is the shopping mall.

While the phase b is the office building completley covered in glass.

I live in Jos during the crisis a group of Christian boys were going to attack a Muslim community but they were stopped. There where like 5 soldiers 2 Christians and 3 Muslims. The two Christians came aside and talked to the Christian boys. They told them that they would not be able to allow them to cross over because of the Muslims in their group but then adviced them to take another route.
