PoliticsThe Politics Of Bad Road In Nigeria by Psiyohos(op): 9:31am On Sep 13, 2022
Believe that the government and politicians will never do the roads in Nigeria a lot of them have property in the cities and will not develop the road linking them to the towns so as to discourage Nigerians from owning and living in their own house,
For instance in lagos many people have houses in ifo and ogun state but are forced to pay outrageous rent in lagos

Most of these politicians are vested in the suffering of Nigerians.

Until we fix the Nigerian mind, nothing will ever go well. how? Through literature, good music and home centered eduction.

CIGARETTES.

Yes you heard me, without cigarettes hungry will kill us. As we Nigerians descend into comummunist slavery.
We have to learn from the Chinese to incorporate cigarette as part of our diet.
They help control the hunger so that we can eat once a day and they shrink our stomachs so that little food will be enough.

You should limit to at most 2 sticks per day
And drink hot tea (Lipton and the likes)to wash down your lungs.
My brand ( Oris Strawberry)

E go better.

THE GAME CHANGER:

ADDING extra oil to your Sunday rice.

Yes extra Groundnut oil.
This will make you get full easier.
It will set your brain on fire, after you eat it, you will blow our plenty catarrh from your nose
And you get full quicker.

I have been studying the northerners and they possess a lot of knowledge about living life in a cheap way that I really want to know and understand.

Adding extra oil to your rice will make you get full quicker as rice is carbohydrate too much rice will only make you fat.
Do you ask yourself why are the Northerners thinner,
They don't eat much rice, but they eat beans and add oil to their food.

Adding extra oil to your rice to as much as 1/4 of the plate. Makes you warm, makes you full with less food, and increase your brain activity.

Try it this Sunday.
Pour that extra oil to your rice and see if you will be able to finish that portion that you are used to.

If you feel nauseous lick tom Tom.

Happy Sunday

Pepper soup ingredients
(Someone asked what it is)

Here's what it looks like.

The game changer for cooking noodles.
Sometimes when you eat noodles you fill you are not full, no matter how many you eat.
Well this sets out to change all that.
With 2 superpack and 1/2 eggs
And you scoop some of this it will give you that pepper soup feeling.
And with enough broth to drink when. You finish your noodles. Or if you are eating with bread.

Fry your eggs.

FoodRe: Living Besides Nigeria by Psiyohos(op): 4:25pm On Aug 11, 2022
Eggs to the Rescue.

With the cost of brea and noodles.

You should learn how to start eating eggs.
Eggs is fat and fat last longer in the stomach than carbohydrate that shoot up our insulin and make up feeling hungry again

Instead of buying more noodles buy more Eggs
Don't be afraid to eat 4 or 5 Eggs at once.
It will benefit you more than 400 naira Belleful indomie that doesn't use to rise again.

And it more nutritious and will stay in your stomach longer.

I drink coffee and sugar
Buy 3 Eggs and one Yale bread For breakfast..
Don't boil it too hard.

With the way things are going only Eggs will save us.
PoliticsThe Plan Against The Obidients by Psiyohos(op): 5:53am On Aug 07, 2022
Peter Obi followers drunk on hope and quite frankly disillusioned, filled with the bludgeoning youths of Nigeria who have decided to personify hope as a messiah. In a country multifaceted with problems, have one problem :
The bulk of its adherents are youth
Many out of school due to the ASUU strike.
Here's the plan

Many of them were sent home to go and register their pvcs in their various houses and local governments.
Few months to the election ASUU will call off the strike, and you will be forced to go back and continue your schooling.
During that time the election will start, with the current economic crisis, I wonder if your love for
Peter Obi will be so much that you will risk transport fare, accidents to go back home and vote
I doubt it

WHY WASNT OBI PATIENT.
if only Peter Obi was patient to do it again one more time with Atiku, they would have won in a landslide before 12pm

But he allowed Doyin and the others gas him up.

PoliticsBiblical Suffering In Nigeria by Psiyohos(op): 7:59pm On Aug 04, 2022
It's just Murphy's law, with peak oil and economic collapse upon us,
The kind of suffering that is coming to Nigeria will be biblical

Start learning to eat once a day,
Practice minimalist and ascetic living. The money will be devalued further.
If you don't know how to smoke cigar, better start now o
E go hard o hmm..

Your role model should be the average northerner, intimated early with the suffering of the world through the almajiri program they have weaned themselves of consumer goods that keep increasing daily e.g. Bread, noodles, pasta etc
And the keeping of appearances that make us mendicant.

They smoke, take coffee and eat very little. Because they understand the importance of the littlest 20 naira.

We are just getting to understand them soon

The cost of rent and other things will also increase. There is a 2009 documentary called Collapse. It dipped hands into my eyes

The Solution is the TIV Model
The tiv people of Benue have a sustainability they build a room and farm only Yam.
Every tiv young boy is expect to plant 30 orange or mango trees at the age of 15.
This is what is keeping them going this philosophy.
If you travel to benue this is the norm.
They don't build toilets as toilets are not sustainable

So your goal is to aim to save just enough to get you a tiv model in which ever state you which to sequester when the ax drops.

A Room and 2 plots of land
(Avr. 1-2million)

And that should give you comfort, read Walden by Thoreau for further instructions

E go better

TIGERNUT AND GARLIC

A free bowel is very important.
So when we eat all these things we eat these days and are unable to pass stool.
Out fart becomes terrible and we become constipated.

I eat one clove of garlic everyday.
Buy Tigernuts (#1000) Half paint
Cucumber - 100/200 ( One or twice a week)
Fennel seeds - 50/100 once a week

These lubricate and cleanse my bowels.
Reducing belly fats

Potatoes and fried pepper.

Potatoes - #500
Pepper (rodo) - #100
Tomato - 100
Ponmo -150

I decided to cook this after seeing a person selling it at work.
I learnt the trick of boiling the potatoes with nylon inside the pot before covering it
Add enough water and use a small poly bag or nylon to cover the potatoes to give it an all round cooking with the steam

Boil your ponmo and add it to your sauce.

Spaghetti and Waterleaf.

When the going gets tough and tomato become expensive, and water leaf comes out.

I buy spaghetti - #350
Waterleaf - 100
Egg - 2 (150)

I just boil my spaghetti Al dente.
With the eggs inside

Cut the water leaf ( the hard part)
Slice onions down

I just pour the water leaf inside the pot
Pour the onions immediately with it and add palm oil, with one maggi and cover it
The onions and the heat will soften the waterleaf and in a matter of minutes,
It's done.

In the picture I used ponmo (#150) and I boiled the spag with the small remaining sweet potato I had

So what’s the way out?
Tell the Big Men in Nigeria to invest in sports.
That's the only end in itself capable of supporting the bludgeoning youths churning out disproportionately

Educate our women and girls about the economic importance of family planning

Tax every car driving Nigerian and invest the money In education.

Reinstate Home Economics, Literature and History in our curriculum and let it Taught from Primary to tertiary regardless of course of choice....

Just maybe we can get it right in the next 20 years

And if 6 people invest 100 million(Apc Primary elections money) on these.
Nigeria will get somewhere.

We don't even have a civility that's the painful part. You can't even assure yourself of simple civility from your next door neighbour and this goes beyond who is in power. This is a rut in our society. A damnation of life

Check my profile, you will see that my concern is about the welfare of ordinary Nigerians, and how we can live amidst the injustice and machinations against us

I have nothing against Peter Obi.

But Too Much Hope eventually lead to despair.

Look at how Obama failed Black Americans.

Peter Obi cannot do magic.
The tide is surely against him.

That's if he even wins
PoliticsRe: PETER OBI & The Problem Of Too Much Hope by Psiyohos(op): 5:26pm On Jul 01, 2022
Nigeria problem is not economical.
It is social.
Many Nigerians have money but don't know what to spend it on
They keep building different houses and buying cars, Think people thinking home investments.

But are they even educated enough to see the wealth they possess?

Go and read about Thomas Sankara and the things he did for Burkina Faso,
We are talking sustainability, education, uplifted of a race out of mental poverty.

You think it's about economics.
No, Think bigger!

Nigeria is too big for any PETER OBI shape or form.

We need education, serious education for these disgruntled youths queuing to write Jamb and look for Job in Ikeja along are powder kegs waiting to explode.
We are in serious trouble and Peter Obi is not the solution
PoliticsRe: PETER OBI & The Problem Of Too Much Hope by Psiyohos(op): 5:17pm On Jul 01, 2022
You don't understand anything.

You need to travel to the North

You don't know the kind of people he's up against
I particularly chose that journey.
So that you can see the road from Jalingo to Seriti
Yelwa
And see what the Fulanis did there.

You will know that Peter Obi cannot save this country.
It is up to us, together.

The enemy is bigger than you and I.
PoliticsPETER OBI & The Problem Of Too Much Hope by Psiyohos(op): 4:27pm On Jul 01, 2022
Nigerians don’t get it, no messiah will save this country.
The first problem is poor education. Nigerians are not educated, they don't even know simple home economics and how to live with moderation (I.e giving birth to one child, minimalist living etc. )

The second is Overpopulation as long as people keep giving birth and following the model of going to school to secure a good job. Nothing will work out We have more people than resources

The third is Peak Oil and global economic collapse all these things are not sustainable, the economy will collapse and that is just Murphys law.

Peter obi cannot save this country,.
It is too big for him, don't believe that any one else will but the way I see Nigerians giving their all.
I wonder why if Peter that couldn't create and maintain a sustainability in Anambra will do so in Nigeria.

NIGERIA IS BIG O.
IT IS BIG O

Take a trip to Mambilla by road and see For yourself this country is big o.

Solutions

Think farm, Think Household Think trees. Start
Planting Avocado pear trees now
Start any kind of permaculture in your house or village (Home town)
The kind of suffering that is coming will be Biblical.

Peter Obi cannot save you o.

Bitter kola and Bitter leaf.

These two plants are very good for the body.
They help in cleansing us
Especially with the Fetishism in the Nigerian workplace and general society.

They shouldn't be far away from you.

Sometimes someone will touch you and you will find your hand heavy or suddenly paining you ( prominent among Yorubas) but not Subject to a particular tribe.
Just look for Bitter kola and chew.
Urinate in a bucket and wash the affected area with it.
Squeeze Bitter leaf and use the juice to rub the affected part and you should get some relief..

CURE FOR PROSTATE.

I Always see the Northerner eating Boiled Cassava and eating with it Yaji(seasoned pepper)
Especially in Moshalashi Alhaja and Agege axis

I didn't know that the cure for prostrate cancer. Especially for the old men in our houses, with pain so bad that they can't even close their legs at night when they sleep
This does wonders for them.

So If you have anyone with prostrate problem, get it for them and also encourage a lot of swimming.
