The people that fought for independence were not of Hausa or Igbo or Yoruba extractions fighting for a common goal Independence.

During the fight for independence, there were no Hausa or igbo or Yoruba or Nupe people..
There were only a UNITED People who wanted a common goal of emancipation from White Supremacy.

During the struggle for independence, there were no Northerners or southerners or Biafrans, They were only a united People with one goal.. Oyinbo must comot from our land.

During the struggle for independence there were no Christains and no muslims, only a people united in one course to drive Oyinbo comot from their land.

During this struggle, nothing like North east or south west or north central or South south.

Only one united people sick and tired of oyinbo at the time..

JUNE 12th just passed and a quick reminder.

During June 12, A united people were united in fighting the Military Rule and it wasnt common for Dictatorship at the time.

MY TRIBUTE TO A SUPER-COP.

In the past few weeks, there has been this video clip thats gone viral on the internet about the super-cop that was engaged in a duet with men of the under-world when they went to rob a zenith bank in owerri, Imo state South-Eastern Nigeria.

My take aways and lessons I learnt from the short video clip.

If you have seen it.
1st the gateman that opened the gate for the armed robbers didnt even bother to alert the security policemen at the gate house but took to his heels on sighting the first AK-47.

Lesson 1. Move when u sense danger.

Then they armed robbers came out hammers and tugs firing sporadically non-stop.
The brave policeman at the security post had sensed danger and was alert with his own AK-47 Ready to brace up for the occasion.

As the 1st armed robber entered the security room.. he met his doom from the barel of the Brave policeman's rifle.

After taking out one of the robbers he knew he wasnt safe in there no more so he opened fire and came out to confront his fears.

Lesson 2.

When you percieve danger, dont sit down inside and allow Evil come meet you inside.

Braven-up. Go outside and confront evil. Chances are that you might stand a chance and even if not, you dared greatly.

My super hero policeman who died in line of duty.

Ndigbo residents in the North have begun relocating their wives and children to the South-East over the quit order by some Nothern groups, despite the condemnation by the Federal Government, Northern governors, Afenefere and Arewa Consultative Forum.


Some of the residents in the Sabon Gari area, a community occupied by non-indigenes are already panicking over the threat, some of them have systematically started sending their wives and kids home to avoid being trapped in the web of uncertainty.


However, Eze Ndigbo Kano, Igwe Boniface Ibekwe, on Thursday has asked the Igbo community in Kano to ignore the threat and regard it as empty, because it lacked the backing of the Northern leadership.
Ibekwe is also the Eze Diorama (iv), and the president-General of all Ezes in the Diaspora.


He said, “I believe and based on my understanding, as a major stakeholder in the North, the Northern leaders are never in support of the threat, so they should ignore it and go about their day-day business and activities.”


Also, he promised that Ndigbo in Kano will summon a meeting of stakeholders to establish their grievances, noting that he has since established contact, with the Northern leaders, just as he also disclosed that he is among the patrons of Arewa youths.


“I believe if they want to issue such a threat, it must be with numerous consultations, stressing that he believes in one Nigeria, just as he also believes in the ability of Nigerians solving their problems. Whatever their grievances are, the appropriate authorities would look into it, so they should not take laws into their hands.”
