Hello Girly,

I understand u have a job, but that is no excuse not to exercise. Americans have 2 jobs sometimes 3 jobs and many still find to exercise. First lady Obama, an accomplished lawyer with 2 kids still finds time to exercise to keep fit. Honey, its your body, your health, and what the world sees before u utter a word; b4 dey know u. And it is up to you to take good care of it no matter what it takes. Whai used to live in Hawaii where d traffic is mad and it used to take me 2hrs to get to work everyday and 2hrs back and I still got into work at 8am and also got home around 9 or 10pm. And I still found time to exercise in d mornings (just wake up earlier; it doesn't cost u anything). If anything, it costs u more not to exercise cos u continue to get heavier, look and feel unhealthy. Exercise also makes u feel alert and very good for relieving stress.
As a college student, I used to be up in d library till 1am on some days, but I still exercised 3 days a week even while doin an internship with my school work;friday, saturday, sunday. Earlier dis month I went 2GtBank 2witdraw moni tru dier ATM n dier network went off only for my card to stuck inside,I cud't wait for dier useles network 2com back afta waiting for more dan 30min so I left only to come back the nex day for my card,mind u I reported that isue dat saMe day b4 I left,on d next day I was told I have a RETRACTED card which means I have to apply 4anoda card,I did thinking its free ooh since its not my fault,d card came out afta 2weks and d useles bank debited my acct to the sum of #1050.
My annoyance here s not dat I can't aford to dash dem dat money but why wil dey have debited my acct witout teling me knowng well that the fault is not mine.

Hello guys,
so i am completing nysc soon, and I dont want to be jobless after it. So I am in the middle of doing a franchise deal to get some make up into naij so I can distribute in markets, beauty shops, retailers, supermarket, pharmacies, etc...
My question is, do I need NAFDAC for these? I know nafdac is needed for cosmetics, but is make up considered cosmetics by nafdac.
their regulations on their website seems geared towards lotions, creams to me.
pls correct me if I am wrong.

okeyxyz: your comments & attitude would reveal that you obviously have self esteem issues, thus you only feel good about yourself when you select people to humiliate. your case is a well documented psychological phenomenon(you should research it. try google). It also goes that people like you would select a person to humiliate/hate because he/she reminds you of how you feel inside, so your mind is constantly battling to suppress anything that reminds you of your "failings & inadequacies".

your mindset would probably be understandable if you are a woman, cos most women have self-image/esteem issues, thus the cosmetic/beauty industry have amassed billions by exploiting these psychological vulnerabilities. but if you are a man, then i feel sorry for you, you are seriously damaged. i'd advise you get some therapy!!

a) Her body/shape/physique is typical in much of Nigeria where she comes from, so I don't see why she needs to change that for anyone, even your person. I have a mother who is probably just a bit like that and if I heard so you say such about my mum, I would basically deck you, and expect the police to do what they need to me afterwards.

b) Again, she is Nigerian, a land where FATTENING is still accepted custom. I am not sure again, what you are on but I am sure no Nigeria out there is taking diet advice from her, so please quit. She is clearly not of the SLIM is good generation, so let her be please.

c) A lot of Nigerians think looking porky is a sign of wealth . . . guess what? She didn't create that belief. If you need to attack the belief, attack it head on, not the woman here who we are hoping stays down, since her husband has done, and continues to do enough damage to the psyche of Nigerians.

d) Nothing in that picture says anything of her intelligence. Also, you did not elect her, but her husband.

I own an online based beauty store (e-store/pay online, we post) n I wish to send out promotions regularly using bulk sms or/and email marketing. I have got a hang of email mktg but I don't understand how bulk sms works. Do u sms marketing guys provide the numbers dat I ll be sending the texts to or am I only paying to send texts to numbers dat I already have.
I don't have dat many numbers as I just started with about 50 customers so far. So my question is how do I get gsm numbers and of women in particular. And, especially, in states like Lagos, Oyo, Anambra, Rivers, Edo, and Abuja, for starters.
