Ojukwu was a coward and a Traitor
Every sensible person with the knowledge of History know that
That is why some westerners said we should not do anything with the East because they are not reliable. The Igbo have not been fair to us at all. For instance, when Chief Awolowo met Ojukwu, he (Ojukwu) agreed that they were not going to wage a war. He (Awolowo) convinced him (Ojukwu) to go back to the round table and resolve the question of federalism. But no sooner than he (Ojukwu) returned to the East than he (Ojuwu) reneged on the agreement.
Ojukwu agreed with Awolowo not to go to War but the idiot went ahead with the war |

Crime › NAPTIP Arrests Suspects Trafficking Ghanaian Girls To Nigeria by PureFace1(op): 7:16pm On Aug 25, 2019 |
Operatives of the National Agency for the Prohibition in Trafficking in Persons have arrested three Nigerians, Chika Nnodim, Samuel Udoetuk and John Oji for allegedly trafficking three Ghanaians from Ghana to Nigeria.
The three suspects were nabbed after the case was reported to the agency by the Ghana High Commission, Abuja in April 2019, which raised the alarm over the kidnapping of three Ghanaian girls aged between 15 and 21 to Nigeria.
The suspects were believed to be part of a criminal border syndicate and were handed over to the office of the Inspector-General of Police for further investigation after their arrest by NAPTIP.
The agency said in a release on Saturday that the suspects had been under “security watch list of the governments of Nigeria and Ghana and were nabbed by NAPTIP officials after a very painstaking investigation at various locations within Nigeria and Ghana.”
The agency’s Head of Public Relations and Information, Stella Nezan, said, “The case was reported to the agency by the Ghana High Commission Abuja in April 2019 alleging the kidnap of their citizens from Ghana to Nigeria. The agency collaborated with relevant law enforcement agencies within Nigeria and Ghana during the investigation.”
The Director-General, NAPTIP Julie Okah-Donli, said the agency and the police would ensure diligent prosecution of the suspects. https://punchng.com/naptip-arrests-suspects-trafficking-ghanaian-girls-to-nigeria/

Politics › Magodo Residents Now Enjoy Stable Electricity After Signing An Agreement by PureFace1(op): 3:43pm On Aug 25, 2019 |
Magodo residents now enjoy 24/7 electricity after signing an agreement with Ikeja Electric The Premium Power Agreement is a commitment to specific service level standards while the customer agrees to pay a tariff that is above the current MYTO tariff. Following the signing of the Premium Power Agreement between Ikeja Electric and Magodo residents, Lagosians living in the estate have not experienced power outage in the last two weeks. The Premium Power Agreement is an initiative by the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) under the Willing Buyer, Willing Seller initiative. The initiative according to TheCable, is a commitment to specific service level standards while the customer agrees to pay a tariff that is above the current MYTO tariff. While expressing his satisfaction at the level of power supply the get from Ikeja Electric, a Magodo resident, Innocent Nwankwo said, “We currently enjoy 24 hours supply and we believe this initiative is giving us value. We have a mixed development in Magodo estate. There are those who operate business and there are residential”. “We all need adequate supply, And we were able to agree on this. In my opinion, if other communities shows interest I think Ikeja Electric can replicate this initiative.” Another resident, Adewale Anthony said, "What we really want is now possible — and that is constant power that enables us to use it when we need it. By giving us the opportunity to enter into this agreement, we were able to make a choice of what we want in terms of supply availability." “Since the signing of the contract, we have been enjoying the supply.” Since the implementation of the Agreement on August 15, 2019, Magodo residents have been enjoying 24-hour supply. https://www.pulse.ng/news/local/magodo-residents-now-enjoy-stable-electricity/jjykypk
