In 1985, Air Commodore Gbolahan Mudashiru, then military governor of Lagos State evicted Emeka Ojukwu form Villaska Lodge which the governor claimed was an abandoned property. Yoruba, Ijaw and Ogoni peeps stole Igbo properties on the pretense of abandoned property in Lagos State and Rivers State.

The property in question does not belong to Ojukwu family, it belongs to Lagos State Government but was leased to Ojukwu's father for his transport company. The state government has the right to retrieve back any of its property that was abadoned. As far as I know, no ibo properties was seized in SW, unless you have proofs to show.
