Democracy is all about check and balances so one man cannot have absolute power.
The only way to remove CJN is by 2/3rds of the senate or by the NAtional Judical council ( all the judges in Nigeria) recommendation to the senate.
Before CJN is appoint , the president can recommend to the senate and the senate will approve the CJN.
