Hello house,

I am in the process of filling visa application.

I will be declaring the 2 refusals I have , Uk and Australia.

I have refusal letter only for UK, and non for Australia. I actually applied as part of supporters club group for commonwealth games in Australia 2018, but refusal was collective while passport was returned unstamped.

Do I just explain that refusal was collective in the ‘give more details on the reason for refusal’ or is there a more appropriate term I could use to explain this.

Is it ok to declare visa refusal to Ukvi for someone who applied with a group of supporters club for Olympic Games in Australia in 2018 for visa, did biometrics but yet refusal came as a group. Passport was returned unstamped.

Please for someone whose TB test certificate will expire on 22nd March 2021 and plans to apply for visa by March 15th, Do you advise such person take another test or still use the existing one knowing fully well that it would have expired when Ukvi will be evaluating the application.

Is employment payslip a requirement for CAS Application? School is requesting for it because the person was refused visit visa 6 yrs ago. Banks statement with enough funds which are accessible to the student and other docs have been submitted

If Yes, will it reflect on docs to be listed on CAS for visa Application?

Yes you can. But make sure you have an updated cAS before you apply for your visa.

His POF will mature in 2 weeks after which he would apply for CAS

Hi Quille,
You really don't have much trouble, just walk into any Federal High Court. Present the WAEC certificate(for sightseeing) and they will prepare an affidavit to cover the name omission.
Make sure the entry is noted in their record book for reference purposes.

Once you are done, all you need to do is scan the document and save as WAEC attachment. Submit along side your WAEC result for any application.

A piece of advice, don't patronize touts around the court.
