Mom007: Go and farm. Nigerians too like buy buy buy! Look for any available land near you and farm even if its corn and cassava, after all, that's what your president elect said you guys will eat. I remember a few years back I farmed maize and cassava on my 2plots of land in mowe area and gave the local women the casavva to make garri for me...I didn't buy garri for almost a year and I had corn in my house for obi and tom brown for my family for almost a year and half, thats after eating so much fresh corn that my face used to hurt! Water leaf, okra and efo were jara and i used to pluck and dash people.Nigerians play and complain too much. Instead of folding hands and waiting for hard times to hit you, go and farm please! Everyone cannot be a farmer especially this Gen z generation. |

My advice to ALL Nairalander: STOCK UP We are looking at $0.8 x 460 = 380 or $0.8 x 750 =600. Depending on how USD is allocated to Oil Marketers at 460 is another subsidies of forex prone to another round of abuse. At 750 PMS = 600 per litre -Hyper-inflation, -Social unrest; -Increase Multiple-demensional poverty; -Demand destruction, -Divestment Credit Alhaji In addition to the removal of subsidy, be prepared for the unexpected. |

No What are five consequences of unhealthy marriage? Anxiety and depression. You lose touch with yourself. Damage to your physical health. Deep-rooted trauma in children. Low self-esteem is a consequence of staying in an unhappy marriage. You hurt yourself or people who are not even at fault. A pessimistic outlook towards everything and everyone. You become toxic. |

Especially Yoruba women, dem sabi own properties and businesses, they do write will as I have many Yoruba secondary school classmates who inherited their late mothers' properties and businesses, if you go to markets in Lagos like Balogun, Oke-arin etc a good number of traders there inherited the businesses from their mothers. |

Tiwasvibe: You don’t crash dollar prices by words of mouth. You crash dollar prices by increasing overall production level across different sectors.
Almost all the containers that come into the country returns empty . This just means our productive capacity is low. Until that changes and we can generate foreign exchange as against over reliance on imports, the dollar would continue to gain.
And when dollar price do crash, you would have seen it in the state of the economy first. It won’t happen overnight. With our national debt? It might not happen in the president’s first 4years. (This statement is regardless of who is president). |

Romance › Re: Jacob Married 2 Blood Sisters, Why Is It So Wrong To Have Sex With 2 Sisters Now by QuinModah(f): 9:44am On Apr 07, 2023 |
If by sin, you mean in the view of Christianity and by dating, you mean having sex with, then the answer is yes.
Christianity has historically frowned on siblings having sex with the same person. This is why Henry VIII got into trouble. His first wife Catherine was the widow of his brother Arthur. She claimed they had never had sex (he was a young teen).
So Henry was allowed to marry her and then later changed his mind and claimed she was not a virgin. He then married Ann after already having an affair with her sister. But by then, he was head of his own church.
Scripture does not seem to have a clear answer. Mostly it is forbidden, but widows were required to sleep with their brother-in-law if they had no son so the family line would continue. But rather than worry about sin, what if you used your head. Would you really want to be married to a woman and know you had sex with your sister in law? Does that sound like a formula for a happy life? |
Romance › Re: Why Are Women So Overpossesive And Paranoid? by QuinModah(f): 9:41am On Apr 07, 2023 |
Possessiveness is a manifestation of insecurity.
It is based on the belief I am not good enough but if I watch him like a hawk I can prevent him from cheating on me. If I treat him like he's mine he will not leave me.
I cannot afford myself the luxury of letting my guard down.
The fact is, no amount of supervision will keep a cheater from doing what s/he will do.
There is no behavior you can adopt that can prevent someone from leaving you. Any lover can leave at any time.
You do not need to be on high alert for someone not to cheat on you. You don’t need to “take care of him” or “watch him” or keep him under surveillance.
The thing to do is less. A lot less. Resolve to trust instead of control, defy any inner narrative that compromises your peace of mind.
This is so true that if you are ruled by your own suspicion and constantly check on him, your overbearing behavior will suffocate the relationship. Then you will wonder why they are no good men left. |
