when he talks of Benue, he refers to IDOMA, Igbo tribes in benue not Benue state in entirety.
When he refers to RIVERS STATE, The state is 70% igbo speaking.
Kogi state, has considerable number of igbo towns and villages lying along the boundary between Anambra and Enugu state.

When he claims those area, he refers to igbo related parts of the state.
