Did you add wine ?

I do add red wine to mine and it tastes kiss
but off course! It's not a Bolognese without it! I used a Pinot noir this time. Other times I use a cab.

You should try this loader with brioche, I think you'll like it.

The Doritos is quite tricky for me though. smiley
I used sliced brioche wink

I prefer kettle cooked BBQ chips usually though but spicy Doritos works in a pinch

Popeyes.

I've never been a fan, tbh. Everything was too salty from my liking. I had to detox after eating it. I don't think I'll ever buy it again. 🤔

You’re probably making enquiries in the wrong places, I get all these spices you’ve mentioned and more from one Aboki at Egbeda, for the baking soda supermarkets or baking stores will have.
Pricepally.com is low stress and pretty much market price. Konga also has the dried spices
