Go check our history. It is that Elite spirit in us that tends to make us shy away from manial work, only the very humble among us would succumb to such.

About selling job opportunities... these are given to the unqualified and incompetent ones, usually political cronies and thugs or their wards who do not desire the opportunity. What do you expect them to do with it? Well meaning and qualified Bayelsa youths are largely ignored by the government when it comes to these opportunities. As I speak right now I have several acquaintances who are educated to Masters level in various engineering fields looking for the same jobs that are porpotedly sold off by Bayelsa youth.

For a fact I have come to see that everything a man embacks on is vanity! Even the women who should complete them only cause them to pursue after vanities... stressing them out. Little wonder why men die younger than women!

If I may ask, how old are you? If all the guys who show genuine interest in you turn you off, are these usually total strangers? I guess a girl in her teens may be scared of commitment, but if you are a University graduate already you should be past that. Have you been in a relationship before? If not, what could be the reason, since according to you there have not been a shortage of suitors?

How in the first place did you get in a relationship with a person you don't like? Talk less accepting a proposal for marriage? You marrying this person will be proof of low self esteem and selfishness on your part. Please put your affairs together and deal with the situation. You are not doing the other party any good too.
