You've been to that house just once and even though you saw a lot, most times things are not always as they seem. I won't support your fiancee and her mom's attitude but at the same time I wouldn't advice you to take hasty decisions. Take out time to investigate the situation some more. Spend more time with the family and subtly dig for information before drawing your conclusions.

You just can't understand. Satan challenged God's sovereignty, other angels were there watching. You don't destroy such people like that without allowing time to pass to show how wrong they were.

Satan is arguing that independence from God yields the best good. Jehovah on the other hand has it that man's independence from Him will be catastrophic. Get 3:1-5

Yea that's the point i am making that the righteousness and sin option here will not be obtainable in heaven. In heaven it will only be righteousness. In other words sin/evil is one of the factors that will be absent in heaven. Another factor i said will be absent in heaven is Satan.




My take here is that God as a creator had a concept of how he wants the world to operate and what he wants to achieve with it. But like i said before, I don't think that God as a creator created us with the sole purpose of pleasing us rather it is us pleasing him first. I may not be 100% correct here though.



I may not call it a set up. I will rather see it as an outcome of the concept of the creator. He wanted to create a being who will be able to choose between good and evil, realise himself when he has done evil and repent of it or who will harden his heart and bear the consequences of his decisions . He also wanted a being who will have dominion over his other creation, who will explore the universe and his numerours works of creation in various ways to the benefit of humanity and to his(God's) glory.. This may not be complete but that's the little i can put down here. Again i may not be 100 % right. God knows best. [url][/url]
