Life would be more beautiful when we do things based on what our conscience says as Humans, we were created with conscience not to just dump it, and follow strict rules we created for ourselves. Just see how the will pity her, had it been she is the VC's, a professor's or a powerful politician's daughter. That's why sometimes I agree with those that says laws are for the poor, especially in Nigeria. This law in particular is too strict, because she had spent almost 4 years in the medical school before she was withdrawn. The money + The time + The stress + risks etc. Only if you know the amount of money spent on an average undergraduate per session.

I've seen three people called to panel for examination malpractice, 2 were expelled.the third one was pardoned because he's dad is a senior lecturer. The 2 that were expelled were caught talking to each other, can you imagine, the judgement passed on them was too strict, because they are already in their final year.

Solution: We are not robots that just pass judgement based on rules and regulations written in paper. expelling someone in year 1 and someone in year 4, with the same for breaking the same rules. We are humans, we should be considerate.

The truth is that the world is unfair to some people, some would be lucky in her shoe while others won't but those who are caught should face the music, the law should deal mercilessly with them. The blames goes to her for the following reasons

1. Submitting fake document if that was the case.
2. If it is fake admission, then, it means that she didn't make the cut off mark and she was trying to cut corners. It still her fault.

The school is not to be blamed because they warned each candidate beforehand. The school has a policy of reviewing each candidates admission intensively in their penultimate year that is were most people are caught and shown the door. Do you still think the school is to be blamed?
