Christianity, though rarely, does sometimes admit it is wrong.

If you read church history, you'll see that there was even a time folks weren't allowed to read the bible, except priests.

However, christians cannot renege on something so core as the existence of our God.

What that means is that God views both the guy who robbed his mama's pot and the guy who robbed first bank as thieves.

Any sin, no matter how "little" will rob you of a place in God's kingdom, & earn you a place in hell, except you truly repent.

However, some sins are indeed more grevious than others, and if Saul & David is anything to go by, will probably receive greater punishment.

Only God can tell that for a fact though.

Ukuts gp: Read 1 samuel 15 and 2 samuel 11 and tell the house whose sin is greater. Saul and his children died as a result of his sin(1 samuel 31) , while David did not. The question now is whose sin is greater between the two of them. I also want reasons why one payed for his sins while the other escaped it. Thanks.

Ukuts gp: saul also asked 4 forgiveness but he was not forgiven. Why?

Before God, sin is sin.

David truly repented and never attempted to sin against God again.

Saul's repentance was superficial, he continued on sinning in his merry way - tried to kill David, visited the witch at Edom etc.

God punished them both, with David receiving the greater punishment. His own child terrorised him, caused him to run away from the throne and the country, slept with his wives on the rooftop in broad day light etc.

Saul died as a result of his continuing to sin until he exhausted God's patience, not as a result of that initial disobedience.

Here's to hoping that you do understand that scientific "evidence" is a function of the scientific tools and techniques available at the time to reach a conclusion.
Evidence evolves over time as better tools & methods evolve to study the same subject matter. Oftentimes it is recognized as having been wrong and totally debunked!

Science has undergone revolutions time and time again. Even in your darling geography, remember when we were first told that their were nine planets in our solar system?

Actually, God does talk to people. He just isn't big on showing up just to prove to you he exists.

For example, if you refuse to believe Obama exists, because you've never seen him personally, or he has never spoken to you personally, is the onus on you to go to the US/white house to confirm, or is it his job to fly down to nigeria, and your house to prove himself to you?

We are talking of a greater being than Obama - the ultimate creator. Come to him first believing. In due time he will reveal himself to you.

1. Sucking-up

2. Snitchin'

3. Taking out/down the competition

4. Hypocritically turning into a workhorse when the boss is passing/looking

5. Stealing credit for other people's work (Risky though!)

6. Always siding with the boss during disagreements

Etc.
