The 5 sets of Architectural Drawings With Necessary Stamps and Documents  include the following:

1. Architectural Drawings: N150,000

2. Structural Drawings: N35,000

3. Electrical building Services Drawings: N50,000

4. Mechanical Building Services Drawings: N50,000

5. Bill of Quantities: N50,000

TOTAL : N335,000
Good job lawyer

But a quick observation, the five items above do not constitute and architectural drawing, infact only item number 1 is the archtectural drawing
Secondly,it's only items 1 and 2 above that are required for approval,i.e architectural and structural designs.M & E i.e mechanical and electrical drwings,as well as BOQ are not
PoliticsRe: Why Is It That In All Civil Wars The North Wins? by rasputinn(m): 5:54am On Aug 19, 2010
Big B1:
Northerners need very little to survive; unlike:
A Yoruba man who wants 72" HD flat screen TV in all his 12 bedrooms, eventhough, he doesn't even know how to operate any of these TVs and hardly turn them on, but yet still wants the TVs only because his neighbor has 10.
And an Igbo man who wants to turn his 100 naira to 1B naira, eventhough he has no clue how this is going to happen in the next 100 years, but yet he's still determined to be a billionaire before the end of the year.
Your response is completely useless and off topic. What has Yoruba or Igbo got to do with the US civil war or the Korean civil war?

Phone User 'Killed By His Exploding Mobile'

A man has been killed in India after the mobile phone he was using exploded, according to reports. Skip related content
Related photos / videos Phone User 'Killed By His Exploding Mobile' Enlarge photo The victim, named as 23-year-old Gopal Gujjar, suffered serious injuries to his right ear, neck and shoulders.

There were no witnesses to the incident - but it was assumed he was talking on his Nokia when the blast happened in the northern state of Rajasthan.

His body was found along with the remains of the phone and battery near his farm in Banda village, Kota, reported the Times of India.

Police believe he was killed by the device after discovering pieces of the Nokia 1209 handset, a basic model released in August 2008, scattered nearby.

The victim had gone into a forest to tend to his grazing cattle around noon and his body was recovered later that night.

The Times of India said it was probably the first incident in the country where a mobile phone had exploded while it was not being charged.

In January this year, a 27-year-old housewife in Kadapa was killed while she was talking to her husband using a Chinese-made mobile and charging it at the same time.

Deaths due to mobile phone explosions have been reported in countries such as China, South Korea and Nepal.

Much as I'm all for paying our local coaches well,I think Sia1 should've considered how much Amodu was paid monthly(what job is he evn coming to do?),beween 3 and 4 million monthly and a good sign on fee(lfar less than 150 million) is okay for him please.Where did we get this culture of waste from.If it'ss not the politicians,it's the bankers or sports administrators or religious officials,Jeez meeen

Sia1 has pushed the goodwill he enjoys amongst Nigerian soccer fans too far,I hope this doesn't cost him the job eventually as I dreamt a new eagles coach was hired;and it wasn't Sia1

Ibori breaks down in Dubai prison, hospitalised

Embattled former Governor of Delta State, Chief James Ibori, is suffering from an undisclosed ailment for which he has been hospitalised in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

He was said to have broken down in prison custody a few days ago and taken to the hospital where he was said to be responding to treatment.

The Chairman, Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, Mrs. Farida Waziri, disclosed this when fielding questions from journalists at the commission‘s headquarters, Abuja, on Friday.

The occasion was the visit by the Central Planning Committee for Nigeria at 50, Women and Children Special Events.

The group was led by the President, National Council for Women Society, Mrs. Ramatu Usman, who is also the chairperson of the planning committee.

The visitors announced that the EFCC boss would be conferred with the award of ”Nigerian Golden Amazon” in the ”Most Outstanding Female Public Servant” category during Nigeria‘s 50th anniversary in October.

Usman said Queen Elizabeth of England and the First Lady, Mrs. Patience Jonathan, would present the award to underscore its importance and that of the Yeoman‘s job Waziri had been doing.

Farida said that the extradition of Ibori was on course, given the continued collaboration between the EFCC and the London Metropolitan Police over the matter.

She said, ”Ibori is in a hospital in Dubai, but the process for his extradition is ongoing. We are working and exchanging information with the Met.

”The process is long. Some Met police are even coming here soon in this regard. He will be extradited to London soon to face trial.”

Ibori fled the country after the EFCC issued a warrant for his arrest, following his refusal to honour an invitation to answer charges that he misused state funds for personal gains.

The former governor was arrested in Dubai on May 12, on the strength of an international arrest warrant issued by INTERPOL, but got a reprieve when the court granted him bail.

The bail was, however, revoked, on June 9, as an aftermath of the conviction of the ex-governor‘s sister, Mrs. Christine Ibori-Ibie and his associate, Miss. Udoamaka Okoronkwo by a London court.

Any dream interpreters in the house
Tow nights ago I had a dream about AW and Liverpool,I've spent the past 24 hrs trying to figure out the meaning but could not, hence I'm throwing the dream on this thread for Dayo and any other dream interpreters to tell me the meaning.

I was in a dream(seriously) and we were at Anfield, with the stands occupied by fans of The Arsenal and Liverpoool, however there was no single footballer on the pitch, only AW was on the pitch and he wore the scousers shorts and jersey and was running from one half of the pitch to the other. Some section of the stand would applaud him every now and then, while some othersection would boo him loudly to which he would respond by facing the booing section and rub his palm from his chest down his stomach,as if to tell them to relax.

What does this all mean
