These are few i remember from the news i have been following so far, Since their PM can visit Finland alone you are insisting our leaders must visit alone? And then their PM will give our leaders enough time? Even British FM was unable to meet their PM MODI as he didn't had time.
Indian government refused help a high level British parliamentarian delegation to get an appointment to Modi. (You can check these news on internet and if not ask me and i will share multiple links)

So tell me why you have so negative or low self esteem when African Leaders are visiting over there? Last time i remember when My leader went there, we got State of the Art Hospital, more then 170 million USD grant and few industrial investment.
Example: Ghana got a CDAC Super Computer and IT laboratory from India and only nation in Most of the Africa to have a Supercomputer and a Technical team training their scientists on advanced Super computing, and how did it happened because Ghanaian President went there with open heart and free mind and they gave him proper reception and named that Super Computer after KOFI ANNAN INDIA CDAC

I'm writing this after seeing Indian prime minister Narendra Modi in Finland, Finland is a very small country with a population of 5,5 million people, and yet he went there in person.

But Modi will rather summon the entire continent leaders for the so-called India-africa summit.

France, Russia, US, China, UK and turkey have all at one time or the other summoned African leaders for talks as well, I mean this is degrading and it shows how little these people view us.

And do you know the Unaudited Gold Gold reserve of common people? I was fortunate to see them on their festival, We can not even dream of having such amount in our life (Yet they call themselves poor), Estimates are that worlds 75% of gold they have. these are few examples only.
And last ,I was paying eqv. USD 4 for a 25 MBPS unlimited Internet connection back in 2014, This shows their Technical advancements and Industrial competition to bring benefits for consumers.

Check their IT Industry (For which i was there to study). Check the CEO/CTOs of the world`s Global Giants. You must be hallucinating by Bringing China and India in to this. They are Out of the league, Far far away so lets just not make fun of ourselves and realize the actual ground realities.

Being proud is good but that does not means we should ignore realities and truth.

Both India and china has thousands of years of education system, they have their own scripts, what do we have??
Go and see the level of Mathematics & Science they teach in junior secondary schools in India and China. Chinese were doing research on explosive chemicals during Ming times, India was birthplace of Mathematics, trigonometry and Complex metallurgy since ancient times and same basic knowledge were transferred to Spain and Europe via Arab traders. Since when we have started studying mathematics? 70s. so please compare oranges to oranges. Both China and India they have ruled centuries and they will rule upcoming centuries as well for them it is nothing but regaining their glory (By all statistics) . But we people need to be realistic. In this continent First focus should be basic schooling, Basic Healthcare, Simple manufacturing (of basic stuff) before just sharing morphed images that how glorious we were or we are.

If anyone has right to poke fun at these white countries then there is no worthy people then Chinese and Indians. while we can just show fake pride.

Even i used tho think what you are are saying here? But in reality India is very very divers in all expects, that is multiracial and Multi Ethnicity Country. During my stay in Northern India(Northern part, yes they are very white in skin complexion while south they are dark, in the east they have mongoloid features. Providing a good Technical Comparison even between any two aircrafts will take atleast 36 to 48 hours (just to read the details provided by manufacturer and then go through some analysis of technologies being offered) thus it will be a mammoth task. Also your list have aircrft designed for various roles (Like jaguar for Ground attack, F18 a carrier based mulirole and SU30 Airsuperiority, thus there can not be a viable comparison)
However based on my knowledge and worked on few technologies myself (Worked in Various streams of Redundancies and automation, actuation and sensing systems)
I would like to organize like below;

Rafale, SU30, Typhoon, SU34, MIG35, MIG 29, F16, F18, Tejas (MK1A), Gripen, Tejas Mk1, Mirage, JF-17

I have never studied SU27, MIG31 and J10, J11 (lack of credible transparent data by Chinese manufacturer) thus can not say a word about them.

I hope i am correct to a good percentage.

Great powers comes and goes, If they learn from their downfall they rise again, same is happening with India and China
Even Europe cant be compared with India and China
As world`s ancient civilizations both India and China were more rich, More Powerful, More Innovative then entire Europe.
India and China both had 82% of entire worlds GDP.
For Chinese and Indians the Education, Entrepreneurship, Industrial mindset is with them for 5000 years when Europe was living in caves.

Chinese were doing research on Explosive chemicals during Ming Times.
India was the birthplace of Trigonometry, Complex mathematics (Vedic).
Number system that we use in today's world was developed by Indians and same knowledge passed to Spain(ie. Europe) by Arab traders.

We are not fortunate and focused like them, Since when we have started studying mathematics and science in this continent?? from 70s. so where is the comparison?
If we can make a good schooling available to public and good hospitals in next 30 years then we are successful. Lets focus on ourselves but yes as long as Religion exist, there is almost no hope for us.
And no, Not very large population is living in poverty , they are eliminating poverty at astonishing speed, that we cant imagine, while here it is on rise.

This continent has very long journey to go, Nothing shame in accepting that our countries are shithole of this planet.
