Like someone said above, you don't have 24 hours continuous electricity, yet you want bullet train that relies solely on electricity to operate.
Bullet train services are the most expensive in the whole wide world...if the govt brings bullet train to Nigeria and only the millionaires and billionaires can pay N50-100k per trip, you will complain that the government only loves the rich and not the masses!

I have nothing against the car ,but where the car was made or manufacture from ..Indian .. Cars made in India or destined for 3rd world country are usually not that good or hold the value in the long run .. So you have to becareful when buying cars like dat.

But if the car works well for you, than that is ok .....talking from experince, I do bring in USA spec Hyundai Elantra from 07 ..... I was informed that the ones brought in by Coscharis are made in India and carry 1.6liter engine, while the USA ones is 2.0liter ,the engine is built better and last longer ,. Tokunbo engine even cost more and valued more ... I have nothing against the car at all, but I won't buy either based on the explanation I gave and the resale value

Well I don't know much bout African history. Maybe the differences between so many tribes unable to agree on things in the past? I think whites weren't as divided in that aspect n maybe different religions n mindsets? Honestly I don't know but I do know we are all born made the same and are shaped from birth by our surroundings and many other factors. Maybe is like U said the majority aren't smart enough to do something about the things that need fixing to make better changes but that said there would still be smart ppl there too.
Me I'm not smart enuff to know the answers I'm only smart enough to say an opinion. I don't know all that much bout white history really either I prefer to read n learn bout fringe sciences than anything else so I'm not sure why societal development over the centuries has differed between the different races. Over all I think black people have the same potential given the right circumstances tho.
One thing I do think tho is if corruption in the government and police forces over there was strictly stopped it would be a great step towards a better and more productive and happy society.

I'm not going to debate with you because I don't know everything and I dont know much bout all those things n I was just saying my opinion on why I think things are the way they are and that I don't think higher n lower IQs are due to skin colour like the original post asked. Ppl born in the same city with same opportunities and have the same advantages, schooling etc can still have different IQs. It's not a race thing.
