The don't use the JF-17 because they have the J-10. No Air Force flies 2 types of a similar class of fighter jet.

The Chinese are also not using it because the JF-17 is a joint fighter programme between Pakistan and the CATIC group, not the Chinese government.

Dangote is end user (Not the Designer, Constructor of Engineering Complex), There is no company in Africa that can design simple Crude Glycerin Distillation Column leave aside the Petrochemical. So Dangote must have given contract to any company (Most probably German or Indian, as both countries have many Specialist EPC companies).

I studied Electronics and Communication Engineering in India back in 2004, Here are my comments,
1. Engineering, Medical Sciences, Management and IT, No better place then India, But remember they have 4 Level of Universities. Level A Forget about them There is so much Competition for A that its impossible, If your grades were excellent and if you are lucky you will get Level B, Level C you can get somehow via agents, i would not suggest to go for Level C-, but if you are being sponsored then you can get C- (Even this is better then what we can get in this continent).

There are 3 types of cities and 2 Types of Towns in India, If you are in any of Tier 1(Mega cities) or Tier 2 City you will not be discriminated as people there are open minded and lives along side with Thousands of Expects. In Tier 3 cities you may be stared at some places (Some people have not seen a Black Person so they will be curious). I am telling you honestly that Image of Nigeria is so much tarnished by Scammers and Drug Dealers that you will just cry, Every another day you will find news about Nigerian scam, drugs and Nigerian Girl prostitution. Now the situation is this if even they catch someone from Senegal people see them as Nigerian. You luggage can be Extra checked by Anti Narcotics Agents at Arrival.

If you want to live outside University Hostel (I would not suggest for one semester), You should get a partner from any Country except Nigeria,Sudan and Mali. Your Broker/agent will refuse you to serve because Owner of Apartments states this term. (As under Anti Narco act authorities have right to seiges the Apartment for 12 months, so owners usually dont take chance) That is why Accommodation can be slightly expensive for some nationalities.

In total i would suggest, Grab the chance and go. Education system is superb, That same Indian Education system is Churning out CEOs of Google, Microsoft, Infosys, Pepsico, SUN , RedHat,Bose Electrical so dont miss any chance, dont listen to the keyboard warriors. and If some medical emergency occurs just be relax you are at best place, Healthcare system, there is so affordable and Quality we can even dream that here, Just get a cheap insurance over there and you are secured for period.
