I got my university degree from India, lived there total eight years.
Several of my friends from different parts of India were non religious guys, but on documents they were all Hindus. This was case for majority of them.
Except few Muslims , they were only one practicing Islam.

Lets not talk about Fuel standards as other refineries (Top 3) only produce Euro 6 / BS VI standard fuel, while in this continent we uses maximum BS II / Euro II . So even quantity is not a big deal.

Thus Indians dont need to go in hassle with all such messy paperwork. Since they are IT superpower they are utilizing this at full spectrum.
