So anyone advising you not to come is not enemy of progress just plain reality. I’m an IT professional so I’m not speaking from a frustrated perspective, uae is super hard for menial jobs. Yeah, the prices you mentioned are fair enough, but the price of bedspace depends on the location and number of occupants, personal I won't advice anyone coming to look for job here to live in any other Emirates apart from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, often time people choose to live in Sharjah or Ajman due to low cost of living thereby limiting themselves the chances of securing a job. Also if you're in Dubai, say no to bedspace in Deira, though it's very cheap there but you will totally lose hope in getting a job, cos almost everybody in Deira is an agent . Lol

That's very good, Nigeria fail to know that this is a very good spot for making good profits. You can sell the cow milk to confectionary stores that would need it, or even big departmental stores before you know you've become a millionaire.

And to me it doesn't take much, all you need is to have a large field or space, as I assume most of us have lands in our villages and all you have to do is buy four or three cows, immunize them and to the necessary stuff, then you've started production. You can even educate some Fulani people to tender the cows for you, while you pay them salary. In that way, we would be developing ourselves. God bless you.

The Jobs sef no even reach our people as the Filipinos, Indians and Pakistanis are preferred.
Graduates with Masters here in Nigeria are still looking for 50 to 100k jobs with zero incentives.
Abeg who get legit way make he move, save up as much as you can and have a plan to get a certificate course in the UAE then your cv can be pleasant to your prospective employer Seeing that you have been certified for that position.
NB.... Our certificate here in naija isn't recognised in the UAE....who can afford a professional course should use that to get a good paying job in the UAE.
Even in Nigeria, money still can't buy comfort.
What we see as luxury in naija is just comfortable living in the UAE.
