How can we be making simple errors at this stage?

Op, it should be 'Beating' and not 'Beaten'.

Modified...The op doesn't have error in his topic, but the mod who moved the thread to front page, made that error.
Your use of english is an error

Jimoh Ibrahim would be the worst thing to happen to Ondo State if he eventually steps in. I dont know how a business man of his caliber wants to handle politics with his business. Then this is Nigeria where nobody is accountablke to any single system. He would just channel the funds of the state to his businesses which i heard is having financial setbacks at the moment. As a CEO of his conglomerate, I want to see how he is going to run the state and his businesses simultaneously and which one he would put as a priority in place of the other.

Car Talk › Re: Please Where Can I Steam Wash My Engine In Abuja ? by redcliff: 8:48pm On Oct 27, 2016
to be honest, the best advice is not to steam wash any engine anymore with those high pressured stuff that can make water enter very delicate parts. The best thing you should do is to get a professional car wash and have him come and do it at your house with hand and sponge and water. But before doing so, he/she must cover the most delicate parts thoroughly and leave the engine to dry do not ride it for at least a day and leave with bonnet open until the water has dried from the engine. This was what i started doing after I realized that after steam washing my engine, its always one problem after the other. and the engine doesnt run good even when i try to drive it home but my second method was much more effective and gave me peace of mind.

Darling, you lack love....and I am not insulting you
Little mind, even littler heart...biko, don't be like this

So you have never sinned?
I wonder at the kind of mind that would judge other people so calmly (or stridently even) , so coldly, so totally, so matter of factly, so completely, so unforgivingly
(Shudders)

You need to change the way you see and react to your world
So you do not think that the hell this girl, and her poor family must be going through right now is enough punishment? shocked
The sordid video her father would watch and how his heart would break seeing his darling little girl like that.....how her siblings would be ashamed to come out in public, and the way their hearts would break for her, how they would want to crash every social media in order to protect their darling sister....their sister who would share her food with them, pillow fight with them, let them drive her car.....then her dear mother...no words about the pain she must feel.....their treatment in society and church and everywhere.....how her kids would possibly see that video in future...and how she definitely has "ruined" her chances of getting the big prizes in our society...jobs. marriage, etc
Then the surely sorry, broken, devastated -at -her -and -her -family's sure shame she must feel .....

The possible blackmail that has been alleged...and the way she surely must have run through whatever money she has/had...the fact that sleep and appetite have most probably eluded her for the next ten years or more....her loss of standing, her loss of everything. She could be seriously contemplating suicide and have suicidal thoughts right now....she may have a grandparent who is struggling to come to terms with what they are hearing about their beloved grandkid. Have you considered that she may have been drugged....that people (older, richer, more powerful) may have exploited her greed for whatever...money, standing, whatever?
All these and you still need her to be punished? Why?
She could be an angel who has this one weakness, or two, or more ( acts) ....she could be respectful, loyal, funny, fun to be with, a joy to every one who knows her, obedient, very loving....and you want her punished in that dear "angel without sin" tone

Why do we need to get people trampled to smithereens in our society? What are we really fighting when we do this? And we have all the religion, no? ... and worship God like no other and then what? lipsrsealed
I sin, you sin, our parents sin, our politicians rape and rob us blind everyday....everybody sins
She got caught....has been shamed, must be regreting her actions, and with her family is traumatised like no one can imagine....and that is not enough?
Chai
You must be an unemployed Youth.. Damn!

Oh well can't argue with that. Only thing I would recommend would be decentralize control of these projects to respective local government and states. Then interstate highways can be cooperation between states and federal government.
They should first decentralize Nigeria before talking of decentralizing any other sub arm of any institution, geographic area or entity

He is fond of calling people out for either prostitution or scam of which he also have no proof. He even called out Hushpapi and requested a huge sum of money to sop blogging about him. So in all the face behind that anonymous blog is a 23 year old boy. Some people have spoilt the ethics and professionalism of blogging. I wish u well bro

actually Madame, that was the most important thing. What is your blood pressure level or cholesterol level?
Health › Re: My Scam Experience At The Hospital by redcliff: 12:02am On Oct 25, 2016
teeghurl:
You are right with your statement if you are not in Nigeria
well, being in Nigeria or not, its important that someone goes to the hospital for regular checkups. Thats why you see men falling and dying, men sleeping and not waking up or the ones that fall on the soccer pitch and just die. Especially african men. Most of them have high cholesterol levels due to the kinds of food they eat e.g too much red meat which they think is enjoyment but it increases the cholesterol levels by a wide margin. Butter, Sugar, Milk and the rest of them, The list is endless. You hardly see them exercise or eat fruits or vegetables. Go to Youtube and reasearch football players that have died on the pitch. They are almost all African players. After people would think someone is following them from the village. Nobody is following anybody. They refused to take care of their health. ALot of people are walking corpses and they do not know.

Something as simple as knowing your blood pressure level eludes most africans. So please dont say anything about abroad or no abroad.

nuela100:
I was having toothache to the point where I could no longer bear it. So I asked my friend to escort me to one of the govt hospitals here in Abuja, this happened yesterday .
Before I continue, lemme make it clear that the last time I went to a hospital was more than 10 years ago (yea, I'm blessed like that smiley ) , so I don't have the exact details of how they operate.
On getting to the hospital, I was asked to get a card, which I did. We then headed to the dental clinic to do the card registration. I was called upon by the dentist and he started asking me questions abt my case. I have to mention that he also asked irrelevant questions like am I married? What is my relationship with my friend I came with? Where I live?, how I came from such a far place to the hospital, which I later realized was just his gimmick to know if he could scam me .

After that, he told me I needed to extract one tooth and fill the other close to it. He then said everything was 7k. He asked me to go pay the money to the hospital cashier but I was surprised wen he said I should only pay 2500 for the extraction first. When I hesitated and wondered why I shouldn't pay all the money at once, he gave a flimsy excuse of how I should pay it step by step incase if he doesn't finish the procedure.
So I was surprised when he extracted the tooth and filled the other tooth in less than an hour, without waiting for me to make the payments in steps like he said. It was when one of the nurses called me inside their office there and asked me to pay the remaining money that I sensed sth was not right. I told them I was coming, went outside and told my friend what happened and he said I should give them the money anyways , that maybe that's their system there and I might end up getting embarrassed if I want to take up the case.
I gave them the money and left the hospital. On getting back home, I couldn't stop wondering if there was sth I could have really done abt it, hence my decision to post it here. I don't feel it's right for these people to collect money from vulnerable patients and still receive their salary at the end of the month.

Has corruption really gotten to this extent where scammers now wear a lab coat?
First of all. Not going to hospital for 10years is not something to be proud of.
