Pastor Kun: Given all you mentioned I would have loved to physically see the car to asses it properly but in the absence of that, I reckon everything you want done should cost about 40k. Thanx
i doubt it would cost up to that. i would bring it to your office when i have the chance to. nothing major i must say.

Pastor Kun: Before and after
hello pastor kun, nice job on here. i quoted an acura suv that had the matte black painting on it. i do not know if yours was the wrap or the paint itself. it actually did look like the wrap.... i have a volkswagen MK 3 and il like to repaint a few parts of te car with same factory paint. like the front and back bumpers due to minor scrarches, then the boot door was not painted properly. the colour seems to be off and also the lower part of the 4doors seem to be rusting a bit, need to work on that and repaint, the front fender has a small dent close to the headlamp, its nothing major, i just want the vehicle in pristine condition always. can u imaginately give a cost estimate for all i mentioned?

rman: Nigerian graduates are completely missing the point. The effort you all are putting into this can be channeled into starting a legit business.
Imagine the talent pool that is readily available.

University education has failed completely in Nigeria if all our graduates can think of is starting an association like this.
Exactly!

olivertwist: Well done guys. After appointing your leaders, my advice for you guys is to declare a national day asap for your association whereby all unemployed graduates in all 36 states and FCT will gather at the state house of assemblies and those in Abuja will go to the National Assembly, by doing this, you'll embarass and put all our corrupt leaders to shame.
I would rather think of how to double my last N500 than do this. Smh*
Career › Re: National Association Of Unemployed Graduates Openly Invites Trustees And Members by redcliff: 6:45am On Sep 25, 2013
For some very strong reasons, I find this association to be the most ambigious, confused and unserious gathering of individuals across the nation. Ambigious in the sense that, it seems this group do no know what they are trying to go into, sending mixed signals decieving people about what they think they want to fight for. Is it that companies or firms would now have to come into this association and make their selections when trying to recruit employees? Or is it that this group would be a voice of many unemployed graduates to to ears of the government who really don't care?

I just feel that this association would end up doing more harm than good in the long run because they would end up making more graduates lazy people and probably later on, there would be a lot of politics being played when maybe sometime in the future the government sees them as a tool to win elections/buy their way into the hearts of the so called 'unemployed graduates' just for their own selfish purpose. Now, how does this sound/look when a bunch of graduates holding a meetingg discussing, what would you be talking about? Wouldn't you be ashamed of yourself to see yourself in the midst of a lot of umemployed people discussing on what government house to go for your next protest? Nah, it totally makes no sense to me and I'm sure it wouldn't to any right thinking individual.

Right now, you probably are a registered company or in the process of doing so, isn't that a business already?! What happens when a member/executive gets a job but NAUG is more lucrative for them?

What happens when the founder of this association gets a job also? We know Nigerians and their power drunken nature, would he/she relinquish every ties with the group?

You guys should go and get a job or start one!

Christianity Etc › Re: What Do You Think Of A Year Honeymoon As Written In The Old Testament? by redcliff: 12:24pm On Sep 22, 2013
Xion: I was reading through the Bible one day when I found this strange verse,

Deuteronomy 24:5 MSG

When a man takes a new wife, he is not to go out with the army or be given any business or work duties. He gets one year off simply to be at home making his wife happy.

I thought the Message translation was playing tricks on me till I checked other versions.

What is your view on it? Honest opinions needed
We ll agree if the woman doesnt complain and not compare us with her friend's rich husband during that period. Lol

Are your forefathers dolts that the only means of human identification is by tattoos ans pirecings? i want to ask u a simple question, in this modern times, what changed? Is it that out braims grew bigger and we became better witty to identify people by mere lookimg at them? Im not even going to go the religious route here. Personally i dont think its a widely accepted phenomena to tat amd pierce.

Christianity Etc › Re: Any Biblical Proof That Suicide Is A Sin. by redcliff: 10:55am On Sep 22, 2013
There's no doubt that suicide is a terrible tragedy. For a Christian it is an even greater tragedy because it is a waste of a life that God intended to use in a glorious way.It would be difficult to argue that suicide is not a sin, for it is the taking of a human life, or to put it bluntly, murder. The Bible clearly expresses the sanctity of human life (Exodus 20:13). God is the author of life, thus, the giving and taking of life ought to remain in his hands (Job 1:21).

1 Corinthians 3:17
If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.

Christianity Etc › Re: Christian Channels And Disturbing Miracles They Perform. by redcliff: 10:27am On Sep 22, 2013
2 Peter 2:1-3

But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction. And many will follow their sensuality, and because of them the way of truth will be blasphemed. And in their greed they will exploit you with false words. Their condemnation from long ago is not idle, and their destruction is not asleep.

Ive not seen anywhere in the bible where being poor or in poverty is a sin. Lazarus was poor, he saw the kingdom of God. And dont be quick to forget that a sinner cannot inherit the kingdon of God. So if lazarus a poor man equates to a sinner which the mog talks about inherited the kingdom, who is now the liar? Mog or the bible?
