PDP gave the country a bad choice. It only shows that the party is not ready. It is really a confirmation that the party is very corrupt. What will nigerians gain from a corrupt Atiku?
Corrupt Atiku? Buhari wey no corrupt, wetin you gain from him administration?

With Atiku as PDP candidate, I don’t see Tinubu winning the election.

Northerners will collect whatsoever Tinubu offer them for their vote but on the day of election, 85% will vote for Atiku. SS and SE will do the same, while vote in SW will be shared 30, 40 and 30 respectively. You don't have to believe this, but it's the obvious. Know this, know peace.
Tinubu is banking on the north more than he is putting any hope on the SE/SS to help him win. He believes he is popular in the SW and he is only canvassing with the north. That is his undoing.

Even after all the losses he had incurred in the past, the Dollars are still flowing heavily even silencing an incumbent Wike of one of the richest states in Nigeria.

Look I pity Nigerians, una eyes never clear.

The Buhari suffering is just GEAR 1, by time Atiku enters control. Una no dey learn. .
Which Nigeria's money? Has Atiku ever been tried or even concretely accused in any court in Nigeria for embezzlement of state funds? Just like Tinubu, Atiku is Innocent. The Atiku you people are calling thief, please what did he steal? if you cannot answer that question, you are no different from people who burn someone accused for Theft on the street and was not even there in the first place to know exactly what happened.

Politics › Re: APC Should Not Waste Time In Giving Yahaya Bello The Ticket- Opinion by redcliff: 9:27am On May 29, 2022
onojaintegrity:
If the ruling All Progressives Congress considers a candidate other than a northerner and a young person like Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello, the party will crash in the 2023 general election. The statistics are straightforward.

It's no news, the People's Democratic Party is bringing former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, a North Easterner. With this, any attempt by the APC to select a southerner as its flagbearer would turn the presidential battle into a North VS South contest, with the implication that the north would rarely vote for an outsider, and the north would hardly decrease in voting population.

However, if the APC recognizes the value of wisdom, Governor Bello would bring the truphy to the party for two reasons: he is the candidate of the youth and he is a fellow northerner from a marginalized northern region. The calculation is simple: Bello will divide the northern votes, obtain the southern votes, and obtain the votes of the nation's youths, who constitute the majority of the voting population.

It's also a harsh reality that northerners have a political mindset that encourages brotherhood and respect for religion. Of course, we cannot deny that region and region are important factors in determining political victory in Nigeria. Bello falls under these two categories, which will influence votes from the North regardless of party affiliation.

Yahaya Bello's candidacy is also advantageous to the APC in that he is from a state that connects him to the Yorubas and Igbos while also being accepted as their own by the northerners. Bello is close to the South East, as well as the South South and South West. The governor is also regarded as a unifier in this regard. Of course, Nigeria requires a leader who can connect with all regions and achieve success.

The APC should equally know that Nigerians will also begin to investigate the religion and tribal affiliations of the candidates that the PDP, APC, and other parties will present for the general election next year. And when these records are checked, it is undeniable that Bello is the most detribalized person, based on his leadership model at the state level, where he has almost all of the tribes in his cabinet. And as a religiously tolerant leader, he has also constructed a suitable chapel for Christian worshipers in the Kogi State government house making the state to be deviod of religion crisis.

Yahaya Bello already has the votes of about over 35 million of Nigerian youths. It's wity regard to that advantage a youth group, Bello Ambassadors Network, has urged the APC to give its ticket to Bello who is a youth and a northerner as only such a candidate can win Atiku in the general election.

Without a doubt, the APC's victory is in its hands, and it is in the hands of Yahaya Bello. If the party is sincere and still wants to be in power, only Bello can dismantle Atiku's stronghold and deliver the party a resounding victory.
The 35m youths na your family house them dey abi? 35m youths ko

lol. its obvious some people dey wait make money brush their hands. them dey seek attention. Igbos would vote an Atiku just to spite Tinubu. Igbos would definitely vote a northerner against a yoruba muslim.

Osibanjo cant match Atiku. Nigeria politices is not about age, its who has the deep pocket and can pull largest crowd. Thats what the north has been using to their advantage. so if APC really wants to retain power, Osibanjo should step down for Tinubu. Whichever the case, i see Atiku becoming the next president as i doubt Tinubu overrunning Atiku.

My analogy here is purely logical and devoid of enthic or religion biases. to those that will quote me please read this last paragraph again.
Tinubu most likely wont get the ticket as the northern elements in APC would do all in their power to thwart that. But like you said, deep pockets, lets see if the north can be bought with money. but when it comes to backstabbing, they are no.1 they do not care about money when loyalty is involved. especially loyalty along religious and ethnic lines.

Tinubu should step down for a much younger, experienced Osibanjo who is already at the helm of affairs and should continue from there. Tinub is old and he might not be physically fit to govern properly.

Dem take old people swear for una?

In 8 years time, Atiku would be 85, I don't want an 85 year old president.

In 8 years time, I won't vote for a 70 year old Peter Obi.

Think of the last 10 years of declining economy, then add another 8 years of an old kleptomaniac like Atiku to your age and see why this next 8 years is so crucial to elect Peter Obi now -- not later!
The young people wey suppose be beacon of hope who have clinched power, what change have they effected in their short time there? look at Yahaya Bello, Shina Peller, Desmond Elliot. Tell me what these people have done so far to keep the hope of a young person effecting change in Nigeria alive. Yahaya Bello is the most useless young governor so far. Although I support a young person being at the helm of affairs but trust me, we are not ready. at all!

Jimoh Ibrahim is not someone that should be close to the helm of power. He is a very useless person and is only there for his personal gains.
