South Africa has stabbed Nigeria in the back twice as it relates to these arms issues,they've seized Nigerian money based on very false pretense. South Africa has ruined the element of surprise that the Nigerian government may have wanted to use against Boko Haram in terms of procurement of sophisticated arms. Note that both transactions were endorsed by our national security adviser.

South Africa now took advantage of the political polarization of Nigeria to push this delicate transactions to the media/public and deepen mutual suspicions in Nigeira. The opposition,as usual chose to make a meal out of the arms deal gone wrong.
Most of us know that $9m or $5m is too small an amount steal for any serious Nigerian corrupt politician wanting to launder money; why go through the stress of South Africa when Swiss banks are still there. The South Africans are behaving strangely,they know the effect their humiliating actions are taking on Nigeria's psyche.

We must not forget that ever since Nigeria upstaged South Africa as Africa's largest economy,that nation has not known sleep. Nigeria now carries more real influence than South Africa in the comity of nations, its a fact. As a matter of fact South Africa is now an embarrassment to the BRICS grouping. Anything to sabotage Nigeria's progress and slow down her economy will make South Africa very happy right now.

Let's all keep watching, I expect a robust response from the Nigerian government.

Lets be prayerful,prayer is the answer, with the way things are going prayer is the answer. Either the government is not giving the military enough support or our military are not strategic.
For close to 2weeks or more bokoharam took over Gulak,Michika,baza and would have captured Uba, MalarabaMubi and Mubi if not for the timely bombing of the bridge that linked Baza to Uba area by our soldiers.

In their recent offencive, i thought they would have started with air strike before ground troupe, surprisingly they attacked on foot without air support and in battled that followed they killed 200bokoharam which resulted in fierce come back by the insurgents and as story may have it now they succeded in seizing 7 APC from army killed many soldiers while some are missing in the surrounding bushes, the group has pursued our soldiers to Vimtim the home of Alex Bade and are gradually advancing to Mubi from that direction, even soldiers from that areas ran into Mubi and has caused a great panic in Mubi.
If noting is done by me and you , this BH boys may enter Mubi before the end of Today and if that happens, Adamawa is gone.

Back to the topic, it is a thing worth thanking God for that we have good thinkers like the Op. Camerounians army lives on propaganda. The painful part is the support they are getting from international media like cnn as well as gullible nigerians who believe and spreads their fallacious statements simply because they hate GEJ.

It's virtually impossible for Camerounian army to invade Nigerian territory up to Konduga town. Konduga is next to the State capital after Dalori.

atlwireles: I cannot blame Cameroun, nah we give them mouth. I actually saw threads, where our so called Nairaland military experts were comparing Nigeria's army to cameroun, that was enough insult for me.

publisher: Boko Haram has always been a Nigerian problem; for many years, the Nigerian government had complained that Boko Haram uses Camerounian territory to launch attacks on Nigeria. A top Nigerian diplomat even described Cameroun as the weak link in our cross-border terror war.

All of a sudden, Cameroun 'woke up' and began what looked like a stepping up of attacks against Boko Haram. Unfortunately, all Cameroun did was wage a propaganda war against Boko Haram aimed SOLELY at embarassing Nigeria.

Every other week,we are innundated with ficticious news that Cameroun had just killed multitudes of Boko Haram members. Never for once has Cameroun showed pictures of the hundreds of insurgents they claimed to have killed. All Cameroun did was rely on 'self-hating Nigerians' to rebroadcast such fake news and castigate their own Nigerian army.

Unknown to most Nigerians, Cameroun has a very weak army with combined personnel of less than 15 thousand. Cameroun relies on France for everything. In Camerounian towns like Yaounde and Douala, bottled water, beef and bread consumed by their middle class is imported from France.

Boko Haram many times humiliated Cameroun by openly kidnaping government officials (or their wives), Chinese workers and tourists. When this happens, Cameroun's government pays a ransome to free these captives, only to issue statements that they've killed insurgents and rescued victims-with no evidence.

Cameroun, weeks back went as far as reporting that some 480 Nigerian soldiers (tactically retreating from battle) had fled and defected into Cameroun. As expected,some 'self-hating' Nigerians ran with the news. Where are those 480 Nigerian soldiers today? Have they applied for assylum in Cameroun? No, these brave soldiers rejoined their team in Nigeria and they are now, part and parcel of the patriotic crew currently dealing with Boko Haram.

Just recently some Camerounian official took to the social media to claim they had just killed Shekau in a cross-border raid. Hours ago, they posted pictures of the alleged dead Shekau, PICTURES that had already circulated in Nigeria since Friday night.

The Camerounian official(s) were so dumb not to realize that 1. Konduga is no where near the Camerounian border 2.The Nigeria military had since paraded some of Shekau's favourite weapons including an APC plus pictures of other dead insurgents. 3. Why are some Boko Haram fighters surrendering to the Nigerian army and not the Camerounian army?

While we commend our armed forces thus far, we urge them not to relent as the name 'Abubakar Shekau' is more of a myth than an individual. Another Shekau can resurface tomorrow; the real battle is against the doctrine of Boko Haram and all those that have subscribed to it.

Are lives not lost during BH cowardly raids?
Are innocent and defenceless citizens not rendered refugees?
Is the Nigerian army effectively countering BH attacks?
Do you live in northeastern Nigeria or merely peddle second-hand word of mouth?
Lastly, do you really expect people to say it is well, when it is evidently not well?

Truckpusher: Nigerians need to understand that Boko Haram has a lot of sympathizers even here in NL.

When they subtly addresses a mere skirmish between soldiers and possibly on the run boko haram members as huge battle that killed our boys in uniform ,they are passing a message on behalf of boko haram knowingly and the aim is to make Nigerians think that boko haram is larger than life and can't be defeated by the Nigerian Army thereby psychologically trying to defeat the people before boko haram takes over physically and this only serves a particular purpose ;which is ,if some bunch of gun and knife wielding fellows shows up even in the South in their numbers people might panic and that'd usher in the chaos they so much wanted .

And I think it is high time the Govt. should begin to fish out these traitors and terrorists in our midst and shoot them in the head.
