RuudVanNisteroy: When it comes to massive corruption Delta,Bayelsa,Edo,Akwa Ibom and Rivers will give Lagos a run for it's money. This states should be model states and be the most developed based on the 13% derivation and huge concentration of oil companies in the area, since 1999.
