If you paid, you should have receipts...

zikavonne:
I paid all the bills given to me. I just received the itemized statements like that. So to correct your view, I did not get any free service.

And no I'm not interested in immigrating. I earn so well here so why would I want to leave?

Birthing in US is for my kids future and because I can afford it.

Unstable health care lol. Millions birth in Nigeria daily. Just say you want the passport.

Japsylee:
Thanks dear. This means that JFK is way better tha. Houston or Atlanta airport. She is a first timer to the U.s. she will have the receipt for her doctors deposit fee and also accomodation paid and hopefully hold a substantial amount of money .
God will see us through..

It's so painful we have to take all these pains cos of unstable health care... so painful

Hello all,

My last visit to US, my kids and I stayed almost 3months and during our stay my kids 8 and 5yrs enrolled in a public school nearby the apartment I rented, just to keep them busy. Do you think it's going to be a problem for us when renewing our Visa?

I’m talking to you. You know next to nothing about American law save the regurgitated trivia you’re spewing about this thread. Take your L on the chin like a man.

It’s buddy not “body”

123JohnF:
Learn English, body. And American law if you are here or wanna be here. I gave a very correct and great advice to the person who asked. You are making garbage here not related to this topic. Go talk like this to your mama.

What? Do you know how to read? Read again my posting and don't imagine things that are NOT there. I said "Don't lie".
“Don’t lie and mark you have...” is different from “Don’t lie. Mark you have...”

Learn how to construct sentences correctly.
TravelRe: USA Visit Visa Part 4 by Reine22: 3:24pm On Apr 07, 2019
123JohnF:
Don't lie and mark you have a relative in US. Don't tell them anything unless you are asked precisely, answer short and precise only to their questions, don't add more info. More you explain, more questions they will ask, ... more questions, more misunderstanding.
So you want him to lie?

Hello everyone, so i proceeded to apply for a B2 visa, i havent gotten a date yet but i have applied on the Website. My issue now is people are saying that since i have a valid B1B2 visa, even if i apply for a B2 visa i will still be issued a B1B2 visa. That applying for a new visa when i still have a valid one makes no sense and waste of money. My current visa expires in December 2019.

I am just confused at this point sef.

Biko guys come to my aid oo, since i have a valid visa i dont need to apply for a new one. that its only when it expires and i want to go give birth that is when i will apply specifically for B2 visa.

Friends in the house help crack this ooo....
There’s nothing to crack. You were given very clear instructions by the VO (who will decide your fate in any case) to apply for a medical visa. Your visa will be issued as B1/B2 but the VO will note specifically that you intend to give birth. So why are you listening to other people? Don’t complicate your situation.

Temi231:
I guess you should Google or read about what misrepresentation meant according to Canadian immigration law before putting all your fact on declaring purpose.
LOL! You should have taken your own advice before your interview perhaps. Good luck anyway!

Temi231:
Thanks my brother!!!

Agent filled the form for me.

I may get an immigration lawyer to appeal.

When you say give it a shot, do you mean re-apply?
What exactly would you be appealing? Did you or did you not misrepresent your plans to the VO? Your case is black and white.
You have been found inadmissible to Canada in accordance with paragraph 40(1)(a) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) for directly or indirectly misrepresenting or withholding material facts relating to a relevant matter that induces or could induce an error in the administration of the IRPA. In accordance with paragraph A40(2)(a), you will remain inadmissible to Canada for a period of five years from the date of this letter or from the date a previous removal order was enforced.

You only mentioned you were going to give birth after the VO asked so you were witholding material facts. So what would the basis of your appeal be if I may ask?

Goodevening I went for an interview today but I was denied I have been to the Usa three times prior to the interview. Before the interview I filled in the form I had no relative in us. A day before the interview my agent said I should say my Mum was in us .This was the question as follows
VO Goodmorning
Me :Goodmorning
VO : where are you going to in the Usa
Me: Virginia Beach
VO: do u have any relatives in us
Me: my mum
VO : how did she go
Me: she divorced my dad so she moved on
VO: how long has she been married
Me :2 years plus
VO: was she married before or after
Me : after
VO:are u a student
Me: yes I am
VO: intended date of graduation
Me:June
VO: sorry you are not eligible hands me the blue paper

I don’t know why I was denied.

When next am filling the form should I indicate that I do t still have any relatives there and when I go for interview the next time I reapply should I still stand my ground I have no relative there. I hope it won’t affect me? Cause of my previous situation?? Will the VO be aware my mom is there if I say no I have no relatives??
Don’t waste money when your circumstances haven’t changed. You were denied because your mother misused her visa (overstayed) and you are a flight risk.

Can you please elucidate on your statement above. Why very slim? And which new climate? Thanks
The recent spate of refusals. even frequent travelers with much higher income and extensive US travel history have been denied visas. You plan to travel alone for a holiday without your family. Your salary isn’t ‘buoyant’. You would appear to be a flight risk (in the VO’s eyes). Assess yourself. But if you want to try your luck go ahead

Hello All and @justwise.

Please help and advise accordingly. I have been to the UK in holiday in August, 2012 where I spent 2weeks out of the 6month visa days granted to me.

I also travelled to Ghana for 6days on honeymoon same 2012. I have not left the country since then nor applied for any visa because I have no reason to. Now, I want to visit the US in holiday alone without my wife and kid. My passport has expired and am about to renew it and apply for US tourist visa.

Please what are my chances or been granted a US Visa. What are the neccesarry documents to have in place. I don't want to use any agent, since I did the UK myself without involving an agent.

Please all, advice me in the way forward.

CC: @justwise
In this new climate, very slim

Bro ntyce was right. You don't "support a course", rather you "support a cause"

Trying to use context, or semantics to claim you are right is very dangerous.

What makes one a Scholar is not his ability not to make mistakes but his ability to take corrections from his mistakes.
I respectfully disagree with you. He’s not wrong. Course can be used in this context. Anything can be ‘supported’ If he had used the phrase ‘support a course of action’ or ‘support a plan’ it would have been correct.

US Embassy does not look at invitation letters.

Seyeedat:
Hello and happy Sunday to the house, kindly help a Sis as this is urgent. Must my host first take the invitation letter to the U.S embassy over there and get it stamped before sending it to me? or he should only write the letter, sign it then send it to me?

TravelRe: USA Visit Visa Part 3 by Reine22: 7:37pm On Oct 18, 2018
This makes no sense.
Anyone can change their home address. US embassy couldn’t care less about that.

Likewise, a 5 yr visit visa has no correlation with beibg granted leave to remain in the UK. Please refrain from presenting misleading information on this thread.

abeniagbon:
that maybe mispresentation , it always happen when filling the form on ds 160... if you change your email address, home address, any details be it without proper back up it might cause denial and again having 5 yrs visa in uk she is very close to obtain stay in uk... that may be another reason, so by building her way in the US might be slim alot of things are put into consideration, make she take solo about the US visa she shld pursue the UK visa line

1) Am going for my cousin's wedding
2) Am going for wedding ceremony of my cousin

Thank you all in anticipation of hearing a response as soon as possible
