dannie007:Nobody should give a ratsazz if you are from the south-south when electing a president.... but I agree with you on the fact that we do need change. However, change from GEJ to Buhari is a change in the wrong direction. ![]() That is not the type of change Nigeria needs now... Buhari is corrupt too and not the man of integrity people want us to believe he is. (check out his cronies in the APC...) We can not afford to be jumping from frying pan to fire... we want from frying pan to plate where we can cool off lol... #Buhari show your certificate... original copy |
sundoj08:When you say "nothing" in your phrase .. "with nothing to show for it"... you don't mean that literally, right? or do you? |
we won't Tee999:#Buhari show our certificate. Original copy signed and collected by you!we won't trust any certificate-less man come feb. 14th. |
seunlayi:Why ruin the guy's fantasy for him haah? |
automaticcars:The truth hurts, and apparently makes you angry... but it needs to be told, my brother, it needs to be told. GMB can not come back to lead, his type, his style of leadership, his everything is so 1980s... aka so retro(gressive) |
nofij:Either you don't follow what's happening, or you're intentionally playing ostrich out of reasons best known to you. Point of correction though is that the ORIGINAL copy is what is the bone of contention; #Buhari present your certificate |
Gee I am getting fed up with this nonsense... how difficult is it to produce your original copy or say what has happened to it? did it get lost? was it stolen... what the heck!!! Those photocopies need to be screened, verified and ascertained for obvious reasons... if someone can not produce an original copy of a document, and lie that it is with the military? heaven knows.... reminds me of an acquaintance that forged a document in order to obtain a higer degree. |
I knew it! Any question about Buhari is always going to produce an answer that involves GEJ.... we should vote Buhari because GEJ is bad, not because Buhari is good, is what they are telling us.... but we know better.... GEJ may be bad, we we know that Buhari is worse... and so we have decided that tis gonn' be GEJ till 2019. Take that to the bank. seges: |
don't you know that illiterates are able to fight wars? Check well to make sure you no be the one wey be "dunce"... chigo93: |
Ngwakwe:These same people canvassing Igbos to abandon GEJ are the same ones that said Buhari does not need Igbos votes to win. They've given him all the votes in the 'North" and SW, and claim GEJ will only get the SS & SE... no problem, leave Igbos alone and go get your SW + North botes, yet this irritating type of threads keep coming up. |
GhaliNaaba:If we campaign for an Igbo president, that amounts to being an ethnic bigot, so instead of looking for the interest of Igbos, we should look for the interest of Nigeria at large... So right now, GEJ is the man. he isn't an ethnic bigot like Buhari. GEJ till 2019! |
theV0ice:... you're keeping quiet on something that is not a prerequisit, but want us to keep quiet about something that is a preriquisit? GMB needs to submit his WASSCE to INEC or be disqualified. its as simple as that... continuous stalling will begin to raise more and more question about his qualifications... |
WhiteTechnology:I just had to come back and state how the above question went unanswered and subsequently ended the back and forth the the seemingly passionate Kolabe354. Unfortunately his/her likes are all over NL and social media: they claim and appear to be passionate about Nigeria... they feel the country is unbearable for them and not only that it is GEJ's inability to fix all the problems, but that an answer is now found, hallelujah! and the most deceitful part is when the point fingers at the supporters of GEJ and say "You are supporting him out of bigotry, this this and that (tribalism and sentiment included)..." but just as you did, ask them where their passion about Nigeria and belief was when Buhari contested in yester-years... you see them disengage into thin air. The apt word: Hypocrites. |
Eziachi:How can a reasonable mind state that a requirement (submitting your certificate to INEC) amounts to "impressing your enemies"? (No insult intended). |
salykely:If its SSCE, wouldn't you and I be eligible to attend war colleges? The right question to be asking is: Since SSCE is required to run for president, where is the one he used in 2011? and why is it difficult for him to produce? Its simple, show us your certificate and stop saying "If I didn't have one, how did I do this and do that... " Oka, you have one, show it to us... I don't get why all the dancing around instead of doing the needful! lol |
2015 seems to be the year of President Goodluck Jonathan as the hashtag GEJisworking (#GEJisworking) created by his special Assistant on New Media, Reno Omokri to give a state by state account of achievements of the president is trending on the social networking site, twitter. The hastag which Omokri started 9 hours ago is among the popular topics on twitter at the moment. He had declared two weeks ago that there is no state in Nigeria that Jonathan hasn’t impacted via projects and to drive home his point, he gave state by state details, using the #GEJisworking. Check out some of the achievements of Jonathan according to the tweets of Omokri. In Abia, Jonathan completed power plants in Aba and Alaoji and reconstructed and reopened Ohafia barracks to stem kidnapping. #GEJisworking GEJ is the president of Nigeria, and if nothing else, that line (queues) disappeared from our gas stations is commendable. APC supporters often say there isn`t ONE thing GEJ achieved in 6 years, when I read this, I often wonder if such people are serious or just joking around... how can you say GEJ hasn't achieved something in 6 years, I don't think they are blind, deaf and dumb all together... and don`t or haven't plied federal roads GEJ has fixed... noteably the Ore road that took lives of many including McLoph.... APC? Lies!!! GEJ has done a lot for this country.... those that want to kill themselves, GEJ can't stop you.... nuff said. |
Not to go too much off point, but let me tell you one thing about the Igbos... ever wonder why it seems Igbos appear to prefer dealing with a Hausa/Fulani than a Yoruba? Its that best policy called honesty. (and the usual notion is that a Hausa will let you know he hates, but a Yoruba? you wont be sure if you have a friend or hoe)...) and that is why I can tolerate hatred and tribalism, cuss me all you want and call me all types of names, but the moment you begin to intentionally lie? intentionally want to deceive posters by posting false info.? The Igbo man in real life will look at you with disgust in his eyes and spit on the floor (a sign of dissociating from yourself something bad) and immediately depart from you. If you know Ibadan has been the capital of western Nigeria, and keep insisting its Lagos? just because you don't want a major representative tribe in Lagos to join the state politics? then there's nothing else - you win. The only Igbos that will still want to deal with liars, of course, are the politicians whom are known as liars too! Word, out! VirginFinder: |
They know there aint no missing 20 billion.. but when there's nothing to pin on him, that's when the lies begin to fly out CHESSBOARD: |
VirginFinder: |
olanje:-- People like you make me think all Yorubas are id.iots with low mental abilities and 0 thinking faculty.... |
VirginFinder:Come on now, don't lie like that prof. of lies, before the Brits came, Yorubas were no where in where is known as Lagos today. Provide a link to back it up if you insist.... I await... |
GEJisBOKO:Yes, you did; because your men were no match for the Biafran soldiers.... but be it as it may... 50 years later, some of those kids are buying your properties and rendering where your ancestors previously lived, no man's land. You might have killed 3 million, guess how many biafrans are in Lagos? |
I know that's how you feel... (I saw you and Sir Shymex disagreeing on this on the other thread... ) ... I however see that event and his speech as an apology as a whole.... VirginFinder: |
500GP:lol Oga, I don't think you got the gist of my post... I am saying that he did the right thing by apologizing... appointing other ethnic groups etc is a good thing... this is 2014! |
Xsolutions:Tell, do you reside in Lagos? and have you met or heard anyone that walks around saying "Lagos is no man's land! Lagos is no man's land!!"? that? or other behaviors you deem are not humble, occurring in real life? forget all this ish you hear online,Igbos are not known to be aggressors, that Yorubas find people's interest in their politics a faux pas for Igbos seemsretrogressive to me... so much for being APC (- Change! lol for the worse apparently) |
and if MayorofLagos:and if this does not happen, you will come on NL and type "Bloody pigimites, go back to congo!"... yeah? |
Aigbofa:... and where is Akintola today? didn't he end up six feet below, in his prime? you wish your leaders the way of Akintola, eh? by the way, do you knw what the people (Yorubas) did when they heard Akintola had een killed? They rejoiced! Imagine if Fashola died today, will Lagosians rejoice? Exactly, that's because he associated well with Igbos, apologized when they felt he wronged them, gave them positions in his administration etc... your wishing your leaders were like Akintola.... lol I don't think you wishing them well, how about you yourself getting to government lets see how you will hate and chase Igbos out of Lagos (and see if you wont be the one to leave before them! lol silly boy with delusions of grandeur) |
MayorofLagos:There are tons and tons of Igbos in Kano, have you been to...Sabon gari? The natives of Kano don't try to rub sh*t in the faces of immigrants, and that's why you don't hear the retort of the city being no man's land... Get the message? you are your own problems, mister mayor... if you don't like what the Igbos are doing, look inside... and by telling you Lagos is no man's land, we are helping you introspect the right way and sort out the issues you have against progressive ways. |
Aigbofa:and by day break, another luxurious bus is dropping off more Igbos in Lagos... |
I knew you would run away... when you are caught in a lie you can't defend, you try to shift topic (lie v. ly) ... start swearing... (calling your father a remarkable foo.l)... and then you flee! I just wanted readers to see the way in which you all propagate lies against Igbos... You have no defence and shamefully went to quote a Yoruba poster that was being sarcastic and even claimed Yorubas were -40%... Run along, shameless liar! ProfCorruption: |
