You'll need another smart phone's camera. Make sure that your external camera is very good and bright. You can use beautyplus in a low quality phone. So, place your phone on a smooth table or on the floor and use the other phone to take the short both back and front of the digital id. Then crop later. But make sure that the resolution is around 2000×1200 or higher.
