Supreme Court judges are usually old because they are there for life or till they choose to retire. And they take turns becoming Chief Justice of Nigeria. You can check Supreme Court justices in the USA. Once they’re named to the bench by a president they can only leave of their own free will.

APC is not stupid. How can you have more votes than accredited voters? 7000 accredited voters in the ward, then you go and write 30,000 to meet up your shortfall in other areas. This is PDP rigging, the BVAS have rendered it illegal. Same thing PDPs Adeleke did in Osun.
The votes in a ward can’t be more than the accredited voters in that ward. It’s overvoting and INEC won’t want to go to court for that again since they lost the last time.
