Misterone:I think he will win 4 in SS. |
Pa Adebanjo is stuck in 1960s politics. Nobody is blind to northern opposition in Nigeria. He and the Yoruba Nation agitators seem to be blind to the Eastern opposition though. |
Wait till Saturday before making this post! Dont make conclusions like an obi-dense. Ensure everyone u know goes to the polls and votes properly. |
budaatum:Exactly. So fake. We have seen plenty fake news from them in their biafra fight too in the past. How can someone have access to this? If INEC wanted to dispose of it, they would be incinerated, not dumped in a bush. Lol. Storytellers. Already preparing their defeat story. |
LocalStandard1:Don't you have leaders? Are they cowards? Why cant they talk if you're disenfranchised? Why cant you push them to talk for you? All u do is gossip about yorubas and Lagos all day. |
An old interview of Pat Utomi has currently resurfaced and making the rounds on twitter. In the TV interview shown below he states that he was approached by Tinubu to undertake retreats for his cabinet when he was the governor of Lagos State in 1999 and had glowing reviews about the presidential candidate. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K5CDKDqLiKI https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zKjx3U1OoQg Excerpts below: Video 1 Pat Utomi: Some people are so political so partisan and they miss the point when you talk about the person. I think what happened in Lagos was that it got very lucky and got a fellow called Bola Ahmed Tinubu to be governor in 1999. Why do i think this is the case, again, in 1998 after he returned from exile, i ran into him at an event, now he came to me, i didn't even know him, i knew of the name and he came to me and said hello and said when they were in exile with NADECO and Anthony Enahoro would say who knows what is on ground in Nigeria, that Pat Utomi has said, and invariably he would be the one to read to Enahoro what i have written and say what Pat Utomis position was on the matter, and i said that's very kind of you and all that. So when he was elected governor he sought me out and he wanted me to work with his team to develop a view of Lagos" Interviewer: Where you in the transition working groups? Pat Utomi: Yes i was actually chairman of one of those transition working groups. I made the presentation at the Sheraton for the group. But after that i was then invited to what was like a retreat of the team that he was going to work with in Gateway hotel in Ijebu Ode and subsequently after he became governor i used to actually lead the cabinet retreats that they had... Video 2 Pat Utomi: When he was governor, I used to actually lead the cabinet retreats that they had. Interviewer: They used to have retreats? Pat Utomi: "Oh yes every quarter, in Akodo. Everything that's happening in Lagos now was planned back then. That is why my respect and regard for him is extraordinary. I told somebody the story a few days ago, that why do i think that Bola Tinubu is a leader. You know in those early days there was tension, he didn't get along with his deputy, and at one of those retreats we had in Akodo, of course everybody will talk. In spite of the tension evrything was flowing very smoothly, the deputy was very aggressive in stating her views on things. There would be just quiet and the conversation would continue, either they would ignore what she said or they politely commented on it and moved on. I said these people are so nice, they can manage these differences so well. That went on until one day that the governor had something to run into Lagos for. Not long after he left, the people in the cabinet, the Kemi Nelsons and co descended on this woman and tore her to pieces. That moment struck me, that it is the aura of this Tinubu fellow that is keeping this place working. That was the day he won my respect. And it is all those plans that have played out. They had problems, they had difficult times too when he got too political.. Source:

galaxy2020:Stop lying. Tinubu did kebbi and abuja rally the same day (same day peter obi had his lagos rally), and has done this several times. Those were big rallies too. Not whatever this is. Yesterday he was in Eko hotel for a meeting with yoruba elders, then went to Abuja for a meeting with Abuja Traders in the evening, and came back this morning again for Lagos rally. |
Hendrixky:Who cares about apc-pdp-lp-nnpp party shifters. That happens in every region. I didnt mention them in my post. Igbos will still show u wen in ur generation. Dont worry. Just dont ride bicycle all-night like david ejoor to look for help. |
Hendrixky:Who cares? Edo people have been easily deceived by igbos from time imemorial. They were' righteously' told by Azikiwe to request for midwest region, Awolowo gave it to them. Yet azikiwe rejected the minority ijaws for their own region when they requested it from the SE. Next they were cajoled to join biafra war. When the biafra soldiers eventually entered benin, plundered the whole place and named an igbo man as midwest premier, their leader rode bycicle to Lagos to ask Gowon for help. Awon ode . |
drealcivilceno:Oshiomole was a very good governor that transformed the infrastructure of Edo state. Same as Akpabio. Both are individually better than any SE governor. |
All the current SW governors are christian. Not that it matters, just stating this for these silly obedients that keep saying there is a muslim agenda in the SW. We are yorubas, we vote whoever we like irrespective of religion. Learn civility and keep ur religious hate in your region or leave. No one is forcing you to stay in the SW. |
Digitron:what is this? percentages in each state? State populations are not equal. Here are the results from reuters. Take the totals of all votes in the 6 SW states, add them. Then take the totals that pdp won in the 6 states, add them and get the percentage. Its closer to 95% than it is to 60% . Jonathan won the SW by a landslide.
|
Urchinpainer:Jonathan had 95% of SW votes in 2011. In 2015 he got only 45% of SW votes and lost. For Obi to win without the north, he needs at least 80% of SW votes. |
Governor Abdulrahman is okay please. His CV is also more impressive. Hes a billionaire that doesnt need government money. |
Show stadium photos. Aerial drone view. I want to check something. |
Ireportlive:clearly a demon. ![]() |
Carry ur christian-muslim division to your region and out of yorubaland. Nasty souls! |
Tareq1105:Very serious peculiarity. These pple dont know. He didnt even go wt pple dt matter. |
CoronaVirusRelo:Same thing i said. Offa sef. |
He shouldnt bother. Kwara is ilu awon alfa. He has no allies there and has consistently tried to play the religious card. He wont get 5000 votes there. |
Wiseandtrue:He cant comment on the elections while his uncle is busy begging APC to allow him govern in Osun. If he supports APC he loses fans, he supports PDP (his uncles party) he loses fans, he supports LP he loses fans and family members. All Davido will do is be quiet until after the presidential elections. You know nothing about SW politics. |
deyplay:He didnt insult buhari though. He only alluded to people in power that dont want him to win. Do you know what an insult is? Its only Ganduje dt has openly said Buhari shouldnt come to Kano cos pple are angry wt the policy and will stone him. |
deyplay:Tinubu is actually the one reading 48 laws of power. He has never insulted buhari in public despite all this drama. One of the laws says never outshine your leader. Dt is actually what the CPC faction is counting on, dt after this economic policy, Tinubu will openly diss buhari and then Atiku wins. Tinubu knows buhari is worshipped in the north and he needs northern votes to win. Tinubu will NEVER insult Buhari ever. Trust me. |
stonemasonn:EXACTLY. They can take that to the bank. |
Tflex01:Buhari is insisting to the old men in APC party that his economic plan is not to destroy them. So he must stick to his lie, if not Adamu will see it as open rebellion. |
Sonn:Yorubas, hausas and SS dont vote party. GEJ was voted in by 90% of yorubas in 2011 because they saw him as being cheated after yaraduas sicknesss. Yorubas didnt vote for him in 2015 cos he was seen as weak against terrorists bombing markets and UN building. Also hausas voted for buhari, not APC the party, cos theyve been voting for him even as a CPC candidate. It is only SE states that have religiously voted PDP since 1999. The party couldnt even reward igbos wt any presidential ticket for their loyalty. |
nnatobryno:Nigerians dont vote party, Nigerians vote people (well except SE dt always voted PDP religiously). And everyone understands what is happening. No one sees APC or PDP as a monolith. Is this not the same APC CBN governor and APC President policy that PDP's Atiku and LP's Obi wholly support? Remember APC's Saraki also had PDP senate support to become senate president, while others supported Lawan. |
Joevics:This is a BIG FAT LIE please. Go on youtube type 'tinubu drives around lagos in campaign bus tvc' you will see videos from 3 months ago. They drove campaign bus to teslim balogun stadium at the star of teh campaigns. They announced roadblocks for that day too. Same as they are doing today. They started APC presidential campaign in Lagos and ending in Lagos.- FACT! Its your Obi dt copied open rooftop drive to campaign. |
SLAP44:This is a lie. Markets are currently open. It's a Tuesday too. Most people are at work and shops. |
lagosrd:Ode. That is not a Lagos state ferry. The name is written in the report. They have public transport and private transport on Lagos waterways and also have accident response. Something unheard of wherever U come from. |
Siwisheswereesh:The thing tire me o. They’ve been coaxing the most outspoken of them all, bishop oyedepo, to say sthn too. Na by force to endorse their candidate? We don’t do religious politics in SW. |
OKOATA:Lol this is a lie. Oyedepo has no problems wt tinubu. Tinubu is close to all these pastors. Fact Oyedepo was against buhari and spoke it loudly in 2015. Why is he not mentioning tinubu on his pulpit today. He is not against him at all. I am a Christian voting Tinubu for competence and character. Not those Harlots dt have changed parties 3 times anytime things got hard. |
Ensure everyone u know goes to the polls and votes properly.
Just dont ride bicycle all-night like david ejoor to look for help.
