Faiththatworks:
Isn't it too early for some people to start complaining and critising everything
Anyone who reads comments in this platform would think that Nigeria is collapsing
It seems there are some people who have decided to be bitter at every news in this country
When you repeatedly go online and start abusing everyone because no one sees you,you eventually become a sad, depressing and angry person.
Those that keep lying to themselves that they can separate their online personality which is always abusive and the lifes they live at home or at work are deceiving themselves
If they are not careful they will start suffering symptoms of being bipolar
Coming to the issue at hand,I daresay the government should go one step further and release what each state and local government has collected in the past six months
From the figures above,it is clear that the states and local government have collected more money combined than the Federal government but the question we should ask is what are they doing with all this money

Until our people learn to leave shouting Tinubu this Tinubu that and start asking serious questions from our State governors and Local Government Chairmen and women,I am sorry we are just going round in circles
A state like Delta state should be the Dubai of the south south with all the billions collected but the people there will leave their Governor and start shouting Tinubu
Na wah,our people have seriously brainwashed into thinking that all their problem is Tinubu while those local criminals are busy looting them blind
Tufiakwa!!!!!!
The ministries of agric, transport, health or power are under federal government.

The people heading to Lagos are the ones who think someone can't succeed without Lagos.

What we call official window or market is actually a subsidized rate where the connected and elites buy it to fuel their lifestyle.

Making Fashola the minister of power in the last administration totally killed the power sector. He had zero understanding of the sector and spent the whole administration time trying to understand how it works and ended the administration without still knowing anything shocked. His only activities was clamouring for tarriff increase and discouraging the legislature from criminalizing estimated billing shocked embarassed. This was what led the late Abba Kyari attempting to do the work of the minister of power and died in the process after contacting covid 19 in Germany for the same Siemens power contract embarassed. I just hope people with good knowledge of what power sector is all about should be allowed to handle the sector.
even the news has k-leg.
They said the grid will be increased but never stated whether it is power generation of transmission capacity they are increasing. It sounds like typical Nigerian bullshit.

Way to go. Maybe not.

We will just simply have more doctors to supply to Europe and America.
No matter how much water you continue to pour in a pot, so far the fire under it burns, the water will keep evaporating away. Time is the deciding factor.

Fix the country and what we'd have is reverse Japa.
better than having no doctors behind and non away bringing in forex.

O ti late already. The gravity of this problem is now staring them in the face. A country where leaders go for health tourism abroad but thinks the dilapidated healthcare system back home will encourage health care workers will be motivated to stay back.

Undergraduate medical students are already preparing for foreign exams in their final year. Once they are done with internship, they are off. Some don't even do NYSC again before moving.

Nigeria indeed is lacking medical personnel and the fear of the brain drain JAPA is the beginning of sound brain functioning now.
At least they japa-ees can repatriate profits back home to assist the economy.
Foreign Affairs › Re: China Save 3 Trillion Dollars In 21yrs While U.S Printed 17 Trillion In Just 2yr by RepoMan007: 1:22pm On Dec 01, 2023
Before raging at USA for printing money, as a Nigerian, ask yourself, which will favour us more? The USA printing more or not printing more?
I thinking printing dollars favours us because it allows more dollar reach the downtrodden in nations like Nigeria, India and Pakistan thus strengthening naira to dollar rate.
Foreign Affairs › Re: China Save 3 Trillion Dollars In 21yrs While U.S Printed 17 Trillion In Just 2yr by RepoMan007: 1:13pm On Dec 01, 2023
The solution is adoption of a neutral currency for international transactions & tradings.
If Chinese yen is adopted to same extent, they will print more than the USA is currently printing.

as graduates both sets of people passed through the public schools. Why should politicians victimize doctors?

Any doctor that trained in a public university should be made to do at least 10 years in Nigeria before they can work abroad. We can't be training doctors for free for US UK and Canada.
....but we can train political scientists in those schools to damage the society and earn billions in return right?

Nigerians are not patriotic

Ghanaian pay atleast 10,000,000 naira to become a doctor

I hope the political science graduates there too pay N10,000,000 to become political scientists?

I asked be cause political scientists here are billionaires unlike doctors.
