Guys, I had to create another moniker to protect my identity. Please how can I add mass? I am just sooo skinny for my age. I am 27years, have tried eating and gymning but to no avail. I actually have a generally low appetite though but for the past 6 months, I have tried my best to eat well and even take supplements like complan milk but I cannot just add flesh.

Any tips pls?

You're right about the agencies under ministry of interior but I haven't seen any civil defense, immigration, prison or fire officer at level 8 step 2 receiving up to 120k.
Perhaps 120k or 123k is stated in the appointment letter but what gets to you at the end of the month is roughly between 115k and 119k at most but never upto 120k for any level 8 step 2.

There was a time I was travelling and my car broke down near Agbo in Delta State and it was very late.

A driver took me to a hotel in Agbo, which according to him was the best in that area.

In that hotel, some of the rooms were rented monthly and even yearly while some rooms were used for hotel and short time business! I was shocked when some people were bringing out their stoves to cook in the passage of the hotel!! I saw many weird things!!

Omo I slept with one eye open till morning!!

I'm not even concerned whether his diqq still stands at attention or not but if this rumor becomes true, then we need to worry about the state of true journalism in the country. Journalism should not only be a tool for blackmail by politicians or a tool for unnecessary and sycophantic praise singing while ignoring the purposeful aspect of the media as a reliable source of info

It's no longer news that the social media community is ablaze over the rumors of President Muhammadu Buhari taking the minister of humanitarian affairs/disaster management, Umar Sadia Farouq, as his second wife. The truth is that most of us are already accustomed to the unimaginable things happening in the country, but if this very rumor which has been in circulation for more than 60hrs eventually turns out to be true, then it will serve as an indication to the fact that investigative journalism is completely dead and buried in Nigeria because I can't imagine a rumor that has sparked so much diverse reactions from citizens to be completely ignored and left unverified by any conventional news media.

You're getting it wrong here. My argument was simply against those who seem to have assumed that the accuse was guilty of the crime.
I hope you are aware that an accused remains innocent until he/she is prove guilty before the law.
There has been an accusation and there has to be a corresponding evidence to prove that the accused is guilty of the crime. In the absence of such evidence, the law recognizes the accused as innocent.
Whoever is able to prove his position, be it the accused or the plaintiff, will be the one to be vindicated in the end whether the whole thing happened or not. But for now, it won't be appropriate to simply assume that the accused is guilty like some of you have already said.

Yes, many years ago while I was in 200L, I heard of a female course mate of ours whose fantasy was to visit as many lecturers who were interested in getting down with her just for good grades so I fancy no denial of the fact that sh!ts happen but we're talking from a legal perspective and logic suggests that when someone is accused, the accuser must tender evidence to prove his/her assertion before the law so I urge you to review the topic in question from a legal perspective and and not on moral or conventional truth or lies.
