UjuJoan2:Well, it is not quite as you think. 1...getting other victims to relate their experience won't be as easy as you see it. 2...evidence may still be required from those victims to ascertain their testimony. 3...try and Google search stockholm's syndrome. It takes one thing to find another victim and it takes another for the victim to be ready to testify against him. Moral lesson: Don't start a case or accuse someone with the believe that there could be other victims out there who will relate their experiences or testify in your favor. BTW, did you also read that the said Precious later took down the tweet? |
Social media will put some people behind jail for the rest of their lives. You can only tweet something like this with someone's school and name only when you have a concrete evidence. She was able to put the lecturer's name to the whole world but refused to mention 'her friend's' name. Who does that?!
Why is it that you always talk reasonably when the topic is not political? I'm beginning to think that you are aware that there is no permanent friend or permanent enemy in politics, only permanent interests exist. But in pursuing your permanent interest, don't forget to always side with the masses. |
ebukamen:And you think it's too difficult for them to still turn this into tribal war? |
tiziano:That's good then. I have always thought that it involves some fvck that's why I have been so scared of getting married. |
DatFaceLessSage:Maybe she's the Personal Assistant (PA) to her friend on Media. When the hunger for likes and retweets go wrong, na trouble be next.
|
bahdpersona:This very line confirmed how dumb Junaid is. I thought old age was usually accompanied with wisdom but it obviously seems not. The Bible knew how inhuman the north is and that's why it said "fear NORTH" ![]() |
Correcto:Perhaps, and perhaps not but I don't need to be a graduate from a Nigerian university to know that an evidence is required to prove a claim. Perhaps you are one of those who allow themselves to be ravaged by ego, otherwise, I can't see the correlation between the subject matter being discussed and me being a graduate or not, is there? |
TechCapon: This is what happens when you fail to consult an expert before making moves. It only takes Gandollar recommending a good tailor for them and the whole dollars will be in their pockets while EFCC carry out their search in futility. |
cnonyechi:I'm just amazed at how people don't seem to know that the court does not deliver judgment based on emotions or perceptions. The lecturer has been accused and whether he is guilty or not is subject to the provision of evidence which would be analyzed before judgment is delivered. I would advise our women to strategize on getting evidence when any man makes such advances towards them because most men who do such things easily fall for simple tricks. They shouldn't just keep quiet after bending to the man's advance and later jump out claiming to be victims simply because something related is trending at the moment. Like I've said before, we have so many beasts in the name of lecturers, directors, commissioners, managers etc who indulge in this immoral act but trust me, there are also a good number of ladies offering themselves as sacrificial lambs to these beast all in the name of getting favor. |
omenka:Is this ur ideology or na auto-correct type this nonsense? |
Ondo APC must be bunch of foolish fools to have made this statement. Even devil himself won't vote Bello because he has over thrown him in terms of wickedness. |
She has gotten the job she craved for so she can now reveal her real age na Better still, that could be her social media age |
jaxxy:When you start viewing this matter from a logical and legal point of view then I will know that you are ready to talk. BTW, what do you mean by truth? Don't forget that even the truth you talk about needs to be proven as FACT before it can be accepted as a basis for judgment. The law has its standards and not just what everyone says. |
jaxxy:Lol ![]() When the lecturer finally sues the lady, you can attend the court case and serve as witness to tell the court that the lecturer is guilty, just that the accuser can't prove it. One should not get into trouble simply because of social media likes/retweets |
RexTramadol1:It's good to know that you are now on the same page with me. The truth remains that sex for grades, sex for jobs, sex for promotion etc has been a trend that could be said to be as old as humanity itself or perhaps, human civilization and one would only be a fool to try to to prove it doesn't exist. However, even from the humanitarian point of view, it is our obligation as humans to make a clear disparity between sex for favors (permit me to say) and RAPE because from some of the comments I have read so far, it seems some people have raised their emotions above the subject matter thereby misinterpreting the subject matter as rape. With the kind of society we live in where a large population of our women walk around with what we normally call entitlement mentality, it is pertinent to note that there's a difference when a lady strikes a sexual intimacy deal with a man in order to gain favor and when a man unjustly subjects a lady to a condition to gratify him with sexual intercourse before getting what is rightfully hers. In as much as we have beasts as lecturers, we also have ladies who offer themselves as sacrificial lambs to those beast and will only come out open when things go south. In conclusion, the case in question here is on the brinks of taking a legal dimension which will eventually require evidence by the accuser in order to prove the suspect guilty and in doing that, the law court may not be relying much on truth from humanity to deliver their judgment but will rather demand for EVIDENCE. |
jaxxy:Stop allowing emotions becloud ur rational sense of judgment. You think by merely calling out people to testify in her favor will automatically make the lecturer guilty before the law? There's a technical difference between evidence and witness so don't get it twisted. |
UjuJoan2:Pls read the bolded line in your comment then remove emotions and think rationally about it then come back here and comment. We are talking about a case that is about to be taken in a legal dimension and you think you can prove someone guilty before the law without concrete evidence. Lady Justice may be blind but not stupid as some think. |
RexTramadol1:Your way of thinking clearly betrays common logic because it's more like you keep using the word "evidence" without knowing what it would be interpreted to mean under legal conditions. I'm in no position to determine whether the lecturer is guilty or innocent of the crime he's been accused but all I know is that when there's an accusation, the onus rests on the plaintiff to provide evidence to ascertain his/her claims. Don't forget that even the EVIDENCE we speak of would be subjected to analysis and must be convincing enough to prove the suspect guilty of the crime. One would only be living in denial to say or claim that sex for grades isn't a trending menace in almost every institution in our society today but any case void of preponderant evidence is as good as saying it never happened in the eyes of the law. I would advise the so called victims of such to speak out for themselves within the appropriate time frame and with good evidence to put any monster indulging in such act behind the bars or STFU...

Ykc2:Guy, have you ever sat in a court room to listen to judgment being delivered. I'm not in any way trying to prove the said lecturer is innocent but the law has its standards and one ought to be sure of meeting those standards before accusing anyone. I repeat, if there's no concrete evidence to ascertain his guilt, the court will always acknowledge a well composed lie than a staggering truth so we should be careful what we say about people especially on SM. As much as there's freedom of expression, freedom after expression may not be guaranteed in some cases. |
ornicus:You're right but for every accusation, there has to be a preponderant evidence by the plaintiff because las las, the court will acknowledge a well composed lie than a staggering truth. |
The south should beware of the dragon which blandishes with the head and smites with the tail. The Fulani has shown no resentment or prospects indicating their displeasure towards the socioethnic crisis ravaging the peace and stability of nigerians all over the country. All we have seen from them is arrogance and unwarranted entitlement mentality which will to a great extent trigger a tragic and irreversible effect on our coexistence as one nation. |
MrBrownJay1:So even without evidence, you have concluded that he's guilty. Seems you have never been or seen a person accused wrongly. Don't get it twisted please. Someone was accused and he has demanded for evidence to prove him guilty so it's better to wait for the evidence than to conclude just like that. |
How on earth did she got pregnant? Did they fvck themselves? |
Lemme keep kwayet until bloblo burst first |
They only forgot to mention human brains. Smartphones has taken away some people's brain actually. |
It's better to remain where you are because if you attempt to transit and complications sets in, you may eventually be transmitted to your father's house |
kkins25:No mind girls joor... If you face your studies and you know what you're doing, do you even need to know your lecturers office before you graduate? |
kkins25:The matter tire me na. How person go just shake table come run na? People for don drop their own tori hoping that she go drop her own and na so she for fall hand. ![]() |
Virginnn:Las las it seems you ain't different from the lecturer you're talking about. Whatever you say now would be more like a sinner judging a sinner for sinning in a different way. Perhaps the lecture is still going on since yesterday. |
This space is not for sale... Beware of 419ers |
