In coming days, you will be hearing a lot of trash talk from these suspects about Saraki role....all trash talk without substance !

From the way, the criminals behind the deadly armed robbery attack in ofa, kwara state are been paraded nationally and politicized, I am beginning to think that the deadly attack was deliberately planned by crooked people in Nigerian federal government, in order to achieve a more sinister goal of plucking Saraki from his tree!

The perpetrators of the robbery...and their leader or so, who is currently blabbing about Saraki....and how they were used by Saraki...looks like someone who has been paid to blab trash about Saraki as much as he can....

I am not into politics, I don't vote or participate in politics. I am just an observer

So I don't want someone to think I am a supporter of Saraki. I am not Saraki's fan or supporter.

The whole thing about the criminals, their confessions, the way police is handling them with kid gloves, does not look normal.

Rght now....the focus has shifted away from the enormity of the crimes they committed to Saraki..they want to tie Saraki with this crime, as much as possible.Instead of arraigning them in court, and passing speedy sentence on them....police as usual have made them celebrities, by allowing media organizations unfettered access to these murderers, interviewing them and collecting all manner of questionable confessions from them, all with a goal of painting Saraki as their sponsor !

This country.....is really a shot hole African country!

I wouldn't be surprised if all those innocent people who died in that so called armed robbery attack were innocent victims of grand schemes by certain people in Abuja to nail Saraki...

Nigeria has gotten to that stage where people in government stage terrorist attacks and kidnappings against Nigerians, not minding how many will die, simply to achieve some selfish goals.

Is it by coincidence :

1:that the robbery took place in Kwara state?

That over 30 untimely deaths were recorded , including police officers, the highest so far that I know of since when I was born in 1983?

That this case is now been tied to Saraki boys, who is from Kwara state?

Well since, 2008, I have been coping with severe insomnia....some times for 5 straight days I can't sleep at night or day...I did everything I could medically but no way.

One of our elders advised me to always pray....since then...my health has slowly improved.I am married now...still battling insomnia from time to time but i am not bothered.

Insomnia can sufferers hopeless sometimes. I deal with it with prayer.God helped me to develop this mentality of nothing dey happen.

My dear, you are okay....don't let the Devil make you weak.....continue to fight those thoughts with prayers.

I am having second thoughts....I just examined the second picture closely and so I am thinking..buy coconut oil and start it using it as your body cream.....if it clears in two or three days.....it is chronic eczema, your blood needs cleansing, is obviously dirty.

Use scent leave juice and garlic to cleanse your blood. Your blood is infected with bacteria overgrowth ....

I used to have it...I knocked it out with ketaconazole tablets....if u want it to work like magic, get that virgin( coconut oil) I mention above. Buy Like half litre or 1 litre of virgin coconut oil, take out a small portion, like 100ml and store it in a small bottle with cap.

Take from this small portion and rub it on your skin, morning and night after bath daily.

The remaining virgin coconut oil in the main bottle, should be consumed. Drink 1 spoon in the morning, 1in the evening for 1 to 2 weeks.

If you notice that you are losing weight, don't worry...drinking virgin coconut oil can make you start losing weight within 2 weeks and at the same time, your eczema will clear.

When did it start? How did it start? Does any member of your family have the same problem?

What do you eat daily? Do you get enough sleep every night?

Are you exposed to sunlight or heat daily?

If you answer yes, I would have said maybe it is sunlight.

Have you changed cream recently?
Do you apply cream or lotion to your face at all?

Sometimes some bad creams can darken skin while the good ones can tone it.

Try to apply cocumber juice on your face at night b4 you sleep daily...or honey..every 3 to four days.....

When you get a round bulb of garlic, divide it into two.Don't buy those ones. in pieces.Buy the ones that are complete, and half.

Johesu don't know how to lobby! They are fighting the minister to increase their pay, but have not shown to the minister what he will get in return for jacking up their pay.In Nigeria nothing goes for nothing!

NMA know how to lobby their way!They tax themselves, by deducting raw cash from doctors salaries, contribute it to one pool and splash the dough on the minister of health and everyone else concerned.

They don't mind collecting 50k from each doctor in federal Government payroll in Nigeria and then splash the minister of health with say 20million or 22million naira, to increase their pay! After collecting 22million from NMA or thereabout, he sign whatever pay increase NMA and ARD demands for!

So what this strike has shown is that, JOHESU does not want to splash money on the minister, to make their own money!

If Johesu leaders give the minister of health say 10million for example has gift, o boy, Adewole will sign that paper sharply and order ministry of health, budget and what have you to increase Johesu pay!

Johesu leaders have not understood this simple effective cunning man die, cunning man bury am logic of Nigerian politicians.

Everyday in Nigeria, you hear one terribly news, story or the other!

O boy, today at the office I heard a creepy story from a newly graduated midwife nurse, about her classmate whose father unknowingly ate human meat in the house of an Alhaji in Jos some years ago.

What actually led to the conversation, were some pictures of human flesh in her phone, butchered like normal meat, purportedly used in China for Corn beef! While i doubt that China human corn beef gerk a lot, these pictures in her phone were for real! Even she herself was like, could the pictures be real?

I told her I doubted it, but from the way the flesh were cut like meat and the blood around it, I suggested that it could be real. After all, there is nothing new anymore under the sun,in these Last Days!

That was when she remember what one of her classmate told them in school about her father's cannibal experience and said eh en!

Quickly she jumped into the story and related how her classmate's father ate human meat in the house of an Alhaji, not knowing the type of meat it was.

Her class mate told them that one day, her father paid a visit to his friend, an Alhaji in Jos. During the visit, the girl's father was offered food to eat by his host. As the visitor, the girl's father flexed the human meat, he intimated the Alhaji that the meat was sweet...and wondered aloud what kind of meat it was.

After the meal, the Alhaji invited the girl's father to go to the freezer and take for himself, any quantity of the sweet meat he wanted as gift, on his way home!

Happily, the man went to the fridge, to check the meat out and take for himself. When he opened the fridge, LO and BEHOLD, it was full of human flesh of all assortment.

According to the story, cold ran down the spine of the girl's father on seeing the evil content of the frigde and was dazzed for a few seconds. But as a sharp man, he acted as if everything was okay, and slowly closed the frigde, in a way that suggested to the Alhaji that he was not interested in taking from the human meat in the frigde.

He acted normal in order not to send a wrong signal to his host, the Alhaji, who could at the snap of a finger, turn his guest into another meat for discovering his cannibalistic secret. According to the story, the man managed to remain normal in the Alhajis house, obviously by God's grace!

Because, according to the nurse who told her colleagues about the story, the girl's father fainted in his compound when he got home from the Alhajis house!

End of story.....

Now, I was nor expecting this ugly story...from the nurse who told me about it. What she kept repeating was that, the classmate who narrated the experience to them in school, stated that Alhajis in Jos and possibly other parts of the country eat human meat.

Could this be true?

Personally, I believe the story. Maybe because of what other eyewitnesses have told me about their own cannibal experience.

I have also read stories about Alhajis involved in deep shit! I know many of them are powerful ritualists, human parts traffickers and human abattoir operators. But could some of these Alhajis and the political class be cannibals and vampires as well?

Maybe this explains why our evil elites don't have human feelings towards ordinary Nigerians! Maybe it explains why a whole lot of senseless killings are taking place nationwide!

I am pretty sure many of our lawmakers and senators, governors and people at the top, are cannibals too. Trust the evil elites in this country......they are all the same. All their evil ways are the same. Many of the human abattoirs in the country are patronized by evil elites who do rituals and also consume human meat.

Human meat may have replaced animal meat as the ultimate delicacy for our evil elites.

Not all missing persons are killed for rituals, many are killed for their flesh as meat and sold to thousands or millions of coded cannibals in Nigeria.

Why are the account staff and others calling the guy hired by CMD a hacker?

I am sure, the union leaders and hospital staff who are not doctors are waiting for the management to go ahead and pay doctors through the hacker, before they petition or notify Efcc!

JOHESU members were not paid April salary in UBTH. This was unexpected.

But some of them in account department went ahead and paid doctors their salary for April, 2018.

When news filtered round UBTH that doctors were paid, while other staff were not paid, it caused commotion in the hospital, as Union leaders lambasted the principal account officers behind the payment of salaries to doctors in the month of April, 2018.

As the days in May 2018, pass by, staff of Account department also joined the JOHESU members in the ongoing strike, so that a repeat of April debacle would not occur.

The Union leaders and her members encouraged the account guys in charge of staff salaries, including the doctors salaries to stay at home and switch off their phones, in case management tries to call them to come to work and pay doctors salaries for May, 2018.

They all complied except one bad egg, called Hellen .A, who according to accusations is a very deceptive women. She claims she is not a member of JOHESU and so she is offering her services to desperate Doctors who are willing to do anything to get their May 2018 salary.

Note: all the main account officers in charge of payment of salaries have stopped coming to work.Throughput this week, they didn't honour management calls for them to show up and pay doctors their salaries.

Seeing that account officers in collaboration with Union leaders have all agreed not pay Doctors their salaries for May 2018 in UBTH, the CMD, CMAC and others contacted the oversabi Helen .A, in account department to devise ways of paying doctors their salaries without the help of Account department staff in charge of salaries.

So on Tuesday/Wednesday this week, the CMD and his crew in collaboration with Mrs.Helen. A, went ahead to hire the services of a hacking firm ( Dcreams or so), managed by one James, who is not a staff of UBTH, to infiltrate the account department systems and upload the doctors salaries.

When this piece of information, about the CMD attempt to hack the account department by outside help from James, with full knowledge of the management and Mrs. Helen .A, got to the Union leaders in the hospital, they relayed the information to the national body and other union leaders, to notify them of UBTH CMD's attempt to hack the account department to pay the doctors their salaries.

As this evening, Doctors in UBTH have not been paid their salaries while their colleagues in management, the CMD and his crew are in the process of hacking UBTH department account.

If they succeed, doctors will get their salaries this weekend, but the payment would have been made by the hacking effort of the firm hired by the CMD to break into UBTH account department and then upload salaries to doctors.

The fear now is that, if the payment are made by the hacking effort of the firm hired by UBTH management, lapse would be in the number of doctors to be paid. The real account guys have said that there are over 60 doctors who are no longer in the system but who may likely be paid if the hacker succeed, since the hacker don't have the info about those doctors who are no longer in service.

Secondly, the account guys and union leaders are also saying that heads will roll if the CMD goes ahead with this action and that EFCC will be petitioned about the illegal payment.

When I confirm the name of the firm hired by CMD of UBTH to hack his own hospital account department and pay doctors, I will update this thread.

Now, this scripture aptly describe what NMA did over the weekend, when she flooded the media with headline stories about treating UBTH JOHESU members involved in an accidnet over the weekend.

Well, here are the facts I gathered today at the office, from one of the HOD in UBTH.

1.There was an accident over the weekend
2.The accident involved casual workers under Felix Fiz, a contractor in UBTH, who UBTH management uses to employ cleaners.
3.The So called JOHESU members are cleaners in UBTH.
4.Because they are casual workers, they are not staff of UBTH and so are not JOHESU members.
5.I am not a JOHESU member.
6.The casual workers which NMA cronies in Irua specialist hospital claimed to be Johesu members and treated , were newly engages or reengaged( around March 2018).
7.Their employer is not UBTH but a contractor called FELIX FIZ, whose office is in the same building as community helth , near the security post at UBTH back gate.
8.Before they were employed, the hospital advertised the vacancies and copies of their salaries for the desired position were also indicated
9.The casual workers which NMA and her idiotic cronies claim are JOHESU members are paid N9000 monthly, by UBTH Management via the contractors. Or the contractors employed by UBTH doctors pay cleaners and women who now flowers N9000 monthly. I saw the paper UBTH released, for paying these unfortunate cleaners in UBTH. And it is common knowledge too inside UBTH, that casual workers are paid N9000 and many times, they wait for months before they are paid. Some of the contractorsthin presently owing UBTH casual workers more than 3months salaries, especially casual workers in various wards.

10.So, NMA only helped the whole world to see how wicked they are as body, using casual workers in federal health institutions who are paid by CMDs and Boards constituted by doctors. The only causal workers who earn 18,000 minimum wage in UBTH, are in Horticulture Department and because the HOD of that department is a very honest man, he makes sure the Casual workers who are in charge of cutting grasses, falling trees and maintaining the hospital landscapes are paid before month ends. The casual workers in Horticulture department were increased from 16 or so, to about 50. The reason this was done by management, was because the casual workers were being badly short changed by the contractors.

Thanks to NMA who assisted UBTH casual workers, who are paid N9000, the whole world now knows that the doctors whom the federal government have put in charge of federal health institutions as CMDs and whatever, actively employ casual workers nationwide, pay them as low as N9000 monthly as casual workers while they themselves collect huge salaries monthly.

Now compare the wagesSir casual workers doctors employ in Federal health institutions to the pay they themselves earn:


Medical house officers, students collect nothing less than N120,000 monthly.

Resident Doctors collect nothing less than N250,000 monthly and their consultants as high as 1million Naira monthly.

The cleaners employed by CMDs who are doctors in UBTH,ISH and all other for federal health institutions are paid N9000 monthly.

You see why patients die unnecessarily in our health facilities owned by FG?

It is because our NMA and NARD are demons, heartless people who earn millions annually but pay casual workers N9000 monthly!

NMA is curse unto herself for enlightening the world about the plight of casual workers they rushes to Irua Specialist Hospital.

And if it is true that UBTH CMD, did some PR stunt over the weekend concerning Johesu members purportedly involved in road accident over the weekend, then, he shot himself too in the foot.

Those are casual UBTH workers who are paid N9000 monthly. Sir, you are aware.

NMA is a propaganda body....

the irony of their latest propaganda is that, the so called Johesu Staff they claim to have treated at ISH, are casual workers of a UBTH contractor known as Felix Fiz.....

Their salaries are N9,000 monthly, the highest is about 15k or 18k.

Felix fiz who is their contractor, and employer is bank rolled by Dr. Darlington Obaseki and his management board.

Dr. Obaseki is the present CMD of UBTH.

If UBTH was being managed by real administrators, not slimy doctors, would there be casual workers in UBTH collecting 9k monthly from contractors hired by doctors?

Because NMA is shortsighted, they thought that annoucing lies about treating JOHESU members in media, won't boomerang on them.

Press Release By Nigerian Medical Association On Appointment of Consultant Pharmacist In Lagos

RE: LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT CIRCULAR ON CONSULTANT PHAMARCIST AND RELATED ISSUES; THE NEED FOR THE PRESERVATION OF SANITY IN PATIENTS’ CARE

The Nigerian Medical Association, Lagos State Branch, as a critical stakeholder in the Lagos State health project wishes to intimate the good people of Lagos State and in deed the general public about recent unpalatable development in the health sector of the state which if not urgently addressed has the capability to cause chaos in healthcare delivery and consequent poor health outcome.

This development appears to be the design of the detractors of the current Lagos State administration as it’s in conflict with her laudable agenda for the health sector of the state visà-vis her key achievements in the last 3 years.

THE ISSUES
In circulars dated 10th and 11th May, 2018, both of which emanated from the office of the Head of Service of Lagos State, the approval of His Excellency, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode, for the creation of the Consultant Pharmacist Cadre and separate Directorates for allied health professionals in the Lagos State Hospitals, were communicated to relevant authorities in the state.

1. Consultant Pharmacist
Item 2 of circular no: 036, states, “Consequently, the scheme of service as regard the Pharmacist Cadre will henceforth include Consultant Cadre”.

As it is the practice all over the world, consultants are medical and dental practitioners who are appointed in hospital settings to oversee clinical/patients care after completing post graduate residency training in specific areas of medicine. This training takes a minimum of 6 years of intensive clinical training in a teaching hospital or specialist hospital approved for such by either the National Post Graduate Medical College or the West Africa Post Graduate Medical College.

The residency training is not diploma or sandwich like as we have seen in the training leading to the acquisition of some post graduate degrees currently being ranked as equal to the residency medical training by this amorphous body, JOHESU.

For instance, a medical or dental practitioner in Lagos state service who intends to pursue residency training in a specific field of medicine after passing the primary examination of either of the colleges stated above will proceed to the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital or any other specialist hospital that has accreditation for such within the state or elsewhere. There is no place for sandwich like residency training in medicine!

The ill quest of the Joint Health Sector Union/Pharmaceutical Society of Nigeria for her members to be appointed as consultants in hospital setting is part of sinister rivalry agenda aimed at hijacking the primary responsibility of patients’ care and ensure pay parity with medical and dental practitioners rather than the attainment of career peak. This has been ongoing for years at the federal level with all their efforts in futility.

The court order in the case of the Joint Health Sector Union (JOHESU) vs Federal Ministry of Health in suit No: NICN/ABJ/238/2012 in respect of the appointment of consultants, which was in favour of the Federal Ministry of Health, is worthy of note, thus; The NICN affirmed that the Federal Ministry of Health had the right to direct that non-medically qualified health professionals should not be appointed as consultants in the federal Government Institutions.

It is pertinent to state that the surreptitious role in patients’ care that JOHESU and PSN are canvassing for is the duty of clinical pharmacologist, a specialist medical practitioner in the field of pharmacology.

It is also important to inform Lagosians and the general public that the Yayale Ahmed Committee on professional harmony in the health sector was necessitated by the selfish agitation of JOHESU/AHPA. The report is a valuable document in this regard.

2. Creation of Conflicting Directorates for Allied Health Professionals
In the hospital setting, allied health professionals are components of the various teams with medical and dental practitioners as heads. This is in conformity with best practices in healthcare delivery the world over.

For example, the clinical laboratory team consists of the pathologist, the laboratory scientist, the laboratory technician etc with the pathologist, a specialist medical practitioner in laboratory medicine, as the team head.

Creating parallel directorates for allied health professionals eg for laboratory scientists in the Lagos State hospital setting, will not only lead to unprecedented hierarchical distortion and chaos in clinical laboratory services but has a great potential in worsening quackery in patients’ care with consequent immense danger to the health of Lagosians.

OUR POSITION
The Nigerian Medical Association, Lagos State Branch, being a key stakeholder in the Lagos State health sector, wishes to state and advise government as follows:
1. The creation of Consultant Pharmacist Cadre for pharmacists in Lagos state hospital setting is a pronouncement that is not in tandem with global best practices in healthcare delivery and capable of causing anarchy in the health sector with resultant negative health outcome.
Government is therefore advised to put urgent measures in place that will lead to the revision of this pronouncement, and recruit more Clinical Pharmacologists to complement the good work already being done by medical and dental practitioners in other fields of medicine in the state’s health services.

2. The creation of Directorates for Laboratory Scientists, Radiographers, Nurses etc is alien to international best practices in health care business. This will further polarize the health sector of the state and worsen the decadence in professionalism occasioned by the ill-conceived agitation by these professionals allied to medicine and ultimately affect the quality of care as this is tantamount to given them autonomy in respect of patients’ care.
We therefore implore government to stick to the previous arrangement in Pathology/Clinical Laboratory Services algorithm, where only a Directorate exist ie the Directorate of Pathology, for which the most senior Pathologist is the Director. The same practice applies to Radiological Services.

3. Government through the Lagos State Ministry of Health and the Health Service Commission should ensure unhindered access to service points in all the state owned hospitals including Primary Health Care Centers with necessary logistic support and the provision of adequate security for doctors to continue with the sustenance of services to the populace while the ongoing nationwide strike action called by JOHESU lasts.

4. The NMA is not against the career progression/the improvement in the welfare of any professional or group of professionals in the health sector of the state but strongly oppose any pronouncement(s) that could lead to hierarchical distortion in the sector with negative outcome on patients’ care or any adjustment in salary scale with consequent pay parity between medical practitioners and allied health professionals including pharmacists, Laboratory Scientists, Nurses, Radiographers, Physiotherapists etc.

5. While restating our commitment to continue to work with government in its effort to ensure lasting peace in the health sector of the state, we wish to declare our support for measures already being taken by the Medical Guild, the association of medical and dental practitioners in the employment of the state, to ensure the preservation of sanity in patients’ care in the state owned health facilities.

We wish to encourage Lagosians to continue to seek care at public hospitals in the state regardless of the ongoing strike by the amorphous body, called JOHESU, which is driven by her callous and ill quest for pay parity with doctors.

In conclusion, we appeal to well-meaning Lagosians and Nigerians to prevail on the Lagos State Government to urgently put mechanism in place to prevent an unprecedented industrial crisis in the health sector of the state.
