A no of estates come up in developing areas. So a developer buys hectares of land and sells off the plan. As of early last year, it was fairly easy to get 5% deposit lands till title (when land is registered in the depositor's name at the title office) when the full balance is required, usually 1 yr span. So i bought it then- 5% deposit and sold before it titled at full price. Took my premium, my 5% deposit and paid off the developer. Now its more of 10% deposit developers ask for. The land value appreciates fast as well in traffic areas. Traffic as in choice areas.

I have B.Tech. Electrical Engineering (Electronics opt) with 6 yrs plus in Telecoms as a field operations Engineer and my last 3 years plus as an equipment operator in oil and gas field in one of the multinationals.

I would like to be assessed as Telecommunications Engineer (263311) for 189. Would you advise i include my oil and gas experience which had almost nothing to do with telecoms as part of my work experience/ CDR episode? Please your assistance would be highly appreciated.

From what you've stated, No other option but to resolve issues... You could get records and other evidence of her refusal.

On the Form 80, what should be the answer to question 42 - Do you have a partner; should it be YES or NO?

Yes until legally divorced I think....

Also question 43 (Form 80) asks about if I have children;


You'll have to fill your sons details and take him for medicals even though you don't intend to travel with him.

While writing my CER for the project I carried out within my six months of being employed , as parts of the requirements for writing the reports, I stated that I am employed in the company and also stated my post. So, won't EA want to verify this as work experience, and will this not disqualify me from using the standard CDR assessment (without work experience)?

Arrived Sydney, Australia yesterday at 16h30. Despite the long flights and several stops. It turned out to be a not so bad journey. Special thanks to iceberg54 for picking us up at the airport. Great boss, Ifexsco and lovely madam Ifexsco took me and wifey into their lovely home and for that I am forever indebted.

Your friend should try to convince the landlord otherwise and make him see reasons with him. He shouldn't forget to get. lawyer as well to prove the forgery at arbitration, where he is bound to be given some months extra after his payment lapses so he can move out.
Reason why he should try t convince the landlord is to avoid all the legal drama, which will soil their relationship and eventually lead to him moving out at the end of the day. Though he has a strong case at arbitration.
