abuja was never seen as an economic shift neither did it ever arise as a thr3at to lagos commerce. Abuja is just a gigantic civil service state with low economics advantages. This isn't the case if other ports are allowed to run freely. The Project 941 or Akula (Shark in Russia ) are the biggest class of submarines ever designed and built.The massive subs has a length of 175m, beam of 23m and draught of 12m.
