I don't blame the girls

Most of the yeyebrities cause this when they hype their fake and shallow lifestyles.

How many times have they been caught with photoshopped images and identity theft?

When was the last time Banky sang anything meaningful?

Besides tours and concerts and fashion runways, when was the last time any yeyebrity did anything meaningful to their craft?

They pose with borrowed cars, stolen dog images, photoshopped backdrops....

They take a shiit, they tweet it...now an entire family living off the questionable millions of their daughter/sister are hyping themselves as celebs, so bad that one young good for nothing punk even claimed he's bored being a millionaire.

One even claimed he has 30b in his akant, when even his supposedly rich Dad can't claim that amount. He also lied he bought a jet, but all we saw was a used Bentley Bentayga.

Don't blame people when they see less than they expect IRL.

Fashion5 Ways To Wear Heels Without Pain by Revolva(op): 8:45am On Jul 14, 2018
Heels are essential to most wardrobes, but there’s nothing worse than putting together an amazing outfit for an outing, only to be sidelined an hour in because your feet are throbbing in pain. Well, you are not alone here, there are many ladies out there who feel pain whenever they wear heels. As such, i roll out tips on how to wear heels without pain.

Ensure you’re wearing the right size shoe

The No. 1 mistake women likely make is not having the right shoe size for their foot. Your foot size changes over the years. Have your feet sized once a year, and do it if you’ve never had it done. Have your feet measured when you’re buying shoes, for width and for length as well.

Try a shoe with more coverage at the top

The more coverage you have on the top of your foot, the better. Sometimes high-heeled boots are actually something you can wear all day and they don’t bother your feet as much. If you’re prone to blisters and friction, you might want to try that style, something that covers more of the top of your foot.

The thicker the heel, the better

Avoid thin heels or stilettos. They cause your foot to wobble around. Sometimes, the dress is just going to call for a stiletto, as long as it’s something that’s occasional. If you’re wearing stilettos every day, you might want to consider a chunkier heel style and change it up a bit.

Stretch your feet when you remove your heels

The stretches that you will want to do are the stretches that will target the front of the foot and ankle, like pointing your toes down and pulling your toes up with a strap to get the Achilles’ tendon and the calf muscles. And then side to side to get to the instep and the outside of the foot.

Take breaks

You should never wear your heels for the whole day. Intermittently remove your shoes and stretch your ankles and toes.

Phones5 Key Considerations For Purchasing A New Smartphone by Revolva(op): 4:03pm On Jul 12, 2018
Getting a new smartphone can be overwhelming, especially if you’ve not been following the trends in the mobile phone industry. Manufacturers release new phones seemingly all the time. Some, like Samsung and Apple, put out two flagships every single year. Amid all this push to get your attention to buy a particular brand, what should you keep in mind when you’re looking for a phone? i shares some of them.

What phone do you want?

Before visiting your preferred online store to buy a phone, you’re going to have to answer one incredibly important question: What phone do you want? Are you an iPhone fan? Interested in Samsung’s latest offering? Looking at an LG, Infinix or Gionee Phone? If you don’t know, you’ll need to figure it out.

The speed of the phone matters

Speed matters a lot for any phone and the processor have a key role to play here. But then, do you really need all that speed? At best, if your phone activity only ranges from making calls, running a handful of apps and playing a few games, a budget-tier or a mid-tier phone would serve your purpose perfectly.

Battery capacity & charging

The battery life of a phone can make or break a phone. It goes without saying that you should get a phone with a great battery life, preferably one that lasts more than a day on a single charge.

Ram & storage

With heavy apps all around, a phone nowadays must have minimum 3GB of RAM. However, if you are pressed for money, you can opt for a 2-GB RAM phone but it's not recommended to go below that option. Phones with 6-GB or 8-GB RAM are better.

Camera technology

You’ll hardly find someone with mini digicams these days. The phone camera has taken over and it’s important, now more than ever, that you find the right camera fitted to your new phone.
Music/RadioDonni - Not A Man by Revolva(op): 12:18am On Jul 12, 2018
Pro Nation Music front man Honcho, Donni shares his testimony in a new single titled Not a Man to inspire music lovers and believers.

Reminiscing a point in his life when he almost gave up his last breath, yet hoping for a miracle; God in his mysterious ways of performing miracles brought him back unto his feet to which he still doesn’t fathom. The distasteful experience triggered him to share his testimony on this records to entreat every believer to worship God in spirit and in truth. Also to strengthen every believer to cement their trust in God not man because whatever God promises he fulfills, unlike man who fails to fulfill their promises.

“Not a man” is a song the awakens ones conscience about the power, unconditional love, merciful and loving kindness of God.

Production credit goes to Keylex for the awesome piece.

FoodHere Are The Foods To Never Eat On An Empty Stomach by Revolva(op): 6:45pm On Jul 10, 2018
Rolling out of bed with very hungry makes us very hungry that we just eat anything that comes first in our sight. What you do not know is that there are some foods you should never eat on an empty stomach because these foods could actually be harming your body. i shares these foods.

Spicy food

Eating spices on an empty stomach may irritate the stomach lining which can lead to acidic reactions and cramps. They are very sharp and strong taste and as such, it can trigger indigestion. Garlic, hot chili, and ginger are examples of spicy foods.

Sugary foods or drink

Many are under the impression that it is healthy to have a glass of fruit juice to start your day. This may not be the case as it may put an extra load on the pancreas that is still waking up after long hours of rest.

Cold beverages

You must have heard that it is best to start the day with warm water and honey, yet many of us give into the temptation of downing a glass of iced beverages instead. Drinking iced beverages on an empty stomach may damage your membrane and make your slow digestion through the day.

Citrus fruits

Fruits are always very healthy if they are eaten at the right time. Eating citrus fruits on an empty stomach may increase acid production. Moreover, too much fiber and fructose in fruits can also slow down your digestive system if eaten on an empty stomach. You should especially avoid eating fruits with tough fibers like guava and oranges early morning.

Coffee

Kicking off your day with a cup of coffee is a very common practice. It seems to be an easy way of breaking from sleep, but drinking coffee on an empty stomach may lead to acidity.

Bananas

Banana is good for digestion and it contains high amounts of magnesium and potassium. But when eaten on an empty stomach, it can cause imbalance magnesium and potassium levels in our blood.

Tomatoes

Though tomatoes are enriched with Vitamin C and nutrients, they should definitely be avoided on an empty stomach. The unpleasant acid present in tomatoes increases acidity in the stomach and may lead to gastric problems.

AutosCar Maintenance Tips For A Smooth Road Trip by Revolva(op): 6:25pm On Jul 10, 2018
If you travel often with your car, whether for leisure or for business, it must always be in top shape. This is to avoid mechanical issues during your trip. If this happens, you have already ruined your travel. At this point, it is important to be aware of how to maintain your car for a smooth and exciting road trip. i share some of these car care hacks.

Know your car

The best time to understand your car is when everything is going as it should, before your travels. It’s essential to know what all the parts look, sound, and perform like when they are operating correctly. Where do the fluids go and why, and what happens if the fluids aren’t there?

Don't leave home without the owner's manual

Every car comes with an owner’s manual. The owner’s manual will offer recommended maintenance schedules and specifications for all parts of your car. It will also tell you about those fluids (antifreeze, power steering fluid and, coolant) and the right amounts and what to look for.

Periodic physical inspection

Do not wait until your car breaks down before you perform a visual inspection. A quick walk-around your car from time to time is always a good idea. You should look in the car as well as under the car. You find a leak and this can be a signal that something is wrong.

Regular oil replacement

Oil changes are important for optimal engine performance. Endeavour to follow the suggestions of the manufacturer on the type of oil and frequency recommended for changing the oil. If you aren’t sure on the timing, you can also visually inspect it yourself.

Know what to leave to experts

Unless you are a car guru, then you are strongly advised to leave some maintenance items to the experts. This includes changing the oil, replacing the spark plugs, checking the brakes, and getting your tires rotated, balanced, and aligned. These experts have the tools, the facilities, and the knowledge to complete these tasks quickly and efficiently.
