Obasanjo is one man I love so much, however this statement is self-indicting , it means his 8years was actually a waste of time and resources. Out of 16years of PDP government in Nigeria, only OBJ took 8years, Yaradua took 3years and GEJ took 5years approximately.
Therefore, if the wasteful 16 years of PDP should be apportioned amongst them, that is:

OBASANJO 8÷16×100=50%
YARADUA 3÷16×100=18. 75%
JONATHAN 5÷16×100=31. 25%

Based on this apportionment, it's obvious who contributed the highest percentage in the wasteful 16years of PDP.

You said the Doctor "was not equipped and staffed to do it" in an emergency such as that, yet you failed to tell us what the Doctor that was contacted at the dead hour would have done or what the lady should have done in the midst of her labour at that material time.
While i sympathize with the family for this great loss, my instinct is telling me that Edith's mother probably had attempted to assist her daughter to put to bed, only to contact the Doctor when the situation had already became complicated. The doctor who,on hearing the distress call, rushed to salvage the situation. If the Doctor is duly licensed, the law protects him to attend to patients whenever and whereever.

A Certain IGP had given this directive in the past (I think Mike Okiro) yet we are where we were. Let's see if this directive would be carried out this time.

It's quite unfortunate that Oshomole could say such a thing, even if a certain US official actually revealed such thing to him, it was not meant for public consumption. Going forward, US government might not trust Nigerian government enough with any intelligence report at their disposal.

The bank should be able to take the money. My bank on more than one incident have sent money into my account and then withdrawn it.

The bank 'actually' has no right or power to reverse any wrong transaction without the authorization of the customer. In the circumstance that the customer refused to authorize the reversal (in most cases), the right thing to do by the bank is to place PND(post no debit) on that particular account, by so doing, the customer cannot withdraw from that account. That's the best practice.

It's obvious that the company want to outsource its workforce to that consultant, in that case all the staff MUST resign their previous appointment with the company to be re-engaged by the outsourcing firm.(Skye bank did same to it's contract staff recently).

A nice one @op, however 2015-2002=13years, my dear a lot of things have changed in Nigeria within this time. Corporate organizations are not finding it funny anymore, contract staffing is the order of the day, profit is at downward trend. From 2002 -2015, many companies had gone moribund. A 2015 write up on the same topic would have been more realistic based on the current economic realities.
