To say this kind of person was former chairman/president of NBA, talking of superior and inferior courts in a case of false asset declaration with the CCB..really disheartening. A man that should be rotting in jail for causing so much pains and cries for people his useless bank robbed of their hard-earned life savings and pensions is instead elevated to the number 3 position in the country. The cries and suffering of those people will never be in vain.

The order is still subsisting and he'll be arrested if he tries to evade the tribunal on Monday. He is trying to abuse the court process, and the appeal court will embarrassingly put him in his place. But before then, he has to appear before the CCT, or he risks being arrested.

Cant you see the comflict between the Tribunal and the Federal high court? what happens to the order earlier given by the federal high court before the tribunal 'hurriedly' issued that order? why would the Tribunal Chairman still go ahead to issue that order when Saraki's councel ( Joseph Daudu, a well respected SAN )promised to stake all his reputations to provide Saraki on Monday?.
That order cannot subsist because there is already a comflicting order between the court of equal jurisdiction,therefore its only the Appeal court that can settle this comflict and that is why uptil this moment the IG of Police has not received such order officially to that effect. That Tribunal order is inside a trash bin. I am rather an advocate of Justice, equity, fairness and rule of law not a fan of Saraki.Many people on this forum comment out of hatred for Saraki for reasons best known to ALL.

It has already started... Saraki is had already approached the Appeal court to set aside the order. I need not to argue with you, however, Mark my words Appeal Court will set aside that order, if it did not happen, I will cease from talking Law. PMB is neither the head of Judiciary nor a Military ruler to just give "nods"as it pleases him.
Just watch as the events unfolds, then you can either prove me right or wrong. I rest my case.

This can be likened to someone that is stil live and some persons are planning his burial. Saraki will not be arrested, on Monday his team of Lawyers will go to appeal court to vacate the 'bench warrant' on Saraki citing the case he had earlier instituted against CCB and others.

What I said is not peculiar to RCCG, it's the phenomenon in the body of Christ (Church) today, materialism has taken the front seat in the Church whereas righteousness it's on its way out of the Church. Yes MOG are still human beings, however, you should know that some positions one holds restrict him from doing some certain things even when such individual might ordinarily want to do it.

What type of gospel will you preach to a hungry man to gain his/her attention? How many Camels, Hots boats did Jesus own during his Earthly ministry to enable him preach the gospel? What type of gospel are you preaching when your congregants are hungry and cannot afford the school fees of the school owned by their church where they give offering and pay tithes? What are the churches in Nigeria doing to assist the government in the provision of essential amenities? Churches now owned the most costly Hospitals and Schools. Where will the poor run to since the church of Christ had rejected them? The church started to decay immediately Pastors started to monetizing the church. If we are truly Christians, we must follow the footsteps of Jesus Christ (Yeshua).

A Lawyer should always stand for Justice, Equity and Fairness at all time. Kayamo should know better the reasons for the principle of federal character in our constitution.
