How would that change any decision made by a law court or the CCT? And how many "Vote of Confidence" would he 'bagged' before his tenure expires? He has gotten two already. Saraki's lawyer was actually attacking the Chairman, which is an offence on its own. He told the Chairman that his tribunal was incompetent, and incomplete. That the tribunal needed to send another member to the 'senate' for confirmation. That is disrespectful and derogatory. In nations where things work as they should, the Chairman would hold him in contempt and order for his arrest and detainment.
By the way, the constitution didn't stipulate how many members the tribunal should consist, so yes, he was wrong.

The truth of the matter is, Saraki was never a big fish in APC from day one, he was just a bloody opportunist who wants to reap where he did not sow Tinubu, Buhari for now remain the Titans that can split APC and not a 'mere fake Senate President' called Saraki!

This was the height of arrogance by the PDP at the emergence of the new PDP that caused them victory. Rather than reconciliation, they resorted to arrogance that their exit will not affect the PDP's fortune, the rest is a lesson.

Without sounding pessimistic, insurgency CANNOT be completely wiped out in Nigeria, we should just get use to it. Boko Haram is said to have started as a result of Injustice melted on them by the security during Obasonjo's regim (Yusuf's case). Wherever there is no Justice, equity; fairness and rule of Law, insurgency is inevitable. While we are fighting to end insurgency, we should avoid those things that cause it in other not to multiply it in Nigeria.

Was it under Sanusi that Banks went through recapitalization? Was it not under Soludo that Banks recapitalized by #25Billon?

Those that are waiting for the arrest of Saraki would be completely disappointed, infact they are giving Saraki a cheap publicity. PMB should be properly advised that he cannot achieve much with all these crisis in National Assembly, unless he is planning to be a dictator. I am not a fan of Saraki, I represent Justice, Equity, fairness and rule of Law.

There is no conflict whatsoever. The judgement of the high court is very different from that of the Tribunal. You may refer to my earlier post on same issue.

Write the judgement of the high court and write that of the tribunal and tell me where the conflict is.

There is no judgment from both court yet. Since you did not see any conflict, I rest my case.
