Again, there will be things Buhari will discuss with his party that won't be extended to pdp states. That's why he ran on a platform and he's bound by its manifesto, part of that is to hold his party governors responsible for the promise made to the people. He doesn't have such responsibility with the pdp. National politics is one, his party politics is another. He's the president but he still have to keep his base together. It's none of Buhari's problem if pdp can't take care of its base. Buhari is giving every state its due, so you can't complain when he gives his party what due it, that's the place he was made, his backbone and source. You guys need to stop getting paranoid.

This view is clearly a tunnel vision of national leadership.
The role of an idea national leader is growth and continuous expansion of base by extending the wisdom of his leadership views to nonproponents of them initially. Sectarianism and preaching to the faithfulls will not earn new converts, growth and expansion of base. Politics is a game of *addition*.

You got it mixed up. Buhari told his party leaders to keep one of their campaign promises, how is this pdp's problem? Buhari couldn't have made it a broad issue since he doesn't know what pdp campaigned on. What if pdp didn't have plans to build houses? If Buhari had said all states must build xyz housing units, you same people would still have either called him a dictator or Hitler. The president has the right to address his party and hold them to account on their campaign promise.

The problem is national. Since his party agendas won the national consensus as demonstrated by their electoral victory, their agendas should be the national agendas..
If for any reason any states , wether apc or pdp decide to opt out of the programs for their own better conceived one, that will be left for them and their resident citizens. The basic opportunities offered by the ruling party must be for all citizens regardless of parties affiliations. That's national leadership instead of being a sectional leader.

And all import duties, tariffs, and fees on imported building related materials will be set asides for the states, to supplement other government sources to meet national requirement for affordable housings shortages in the nation.

How can this nation make major strides in advancement, when we continue to use not our very best players for tasks at hand. Even with "change"
