Less noise. Abundantly clear now authorities don't care about communities safeties. Keep your cards closely guided. And prepared to surprise invaders when they dares. Actions speaks louder than voices. |
Kay17:Keen knowledge of communities and terrains are indispensable to preventing and solving crimes when it happens. Having someone from Ibadan to patrol and police Enugu neighborhoods is inefficient uphill task. Local people are least likely to cooperate and volunteer needed informations to solve crimes to a police who is a stranger as they will to a local one from their midst. |
Kay17:Their name says it all...FBI--federal bureau of investigation. Think Nigeria use to have something like that as a unit of their police department....CID...central Intelligence division(department). Unlike the Nigeria type, USA own is federal constituted unit independent of other police departments. Don't have time for costs benefits analysis. System do decentralised and saturate communities with policing needs. Enforcers knows the population better because they're members. When new people enter their communities they know strangers. And are also aware of the bad actors to round up or check out when bad things happen. They knows their beats. And communicates findings to FBI and CIA when necessary and required for homeland security protection central database. |
lazo1:Learn to use physical protection. Healthy female privates don't smell badly. Even when dirty from lack of shower, the natural odour are sweaty-fruity smell. Like healthy breath smells. What you encountered is a female with bacteria infection called GARDNERALLA VAGINALIS VAGINITIS. Formerly termed Haemophilus vaginalis. The bacilli are usually gram- negative, can be gram- variable. Often found in healthy people without symptoms. The hallmark is characteristic malodorous rotten fishy discharges. Elevated vaginal pH. Wet vaginal highly stippled with bacteria. Sexually transmitable. Treatment# full course doses of 10-14 days Metronidazole. You,your girlfriend, and all others of yours and hers sexual partners should consult physician for prescriptions to break the chain of the infection spread. |
SamuelAnyawu:Disagrees. Nigerians knowingly put their hands in fire to be burnt. And burn they will. The warnings were loud and clear that Buhari is a know nothing and do nothing fellow. His unprogressive and improvised private life attested to that for all to see. |
Favor the dad facially. Pretty damsel. Happy birthday. |
@Kay17 -------------. Scope of FBI duties is wide. Sometimes, they investigate and reprosecute cases of local jurisdictions where there are suspicion of miscarriage of justice. Los-Angeles police cannot go to New-York and arrest somebody from his home. FBI coordinate that. New-York police cannot go to Nigeria to arrest somebody. CIA coordinate that. USA have no national police. FBI is not a national police. Is a national (undercover) intelligences laws enforcement organization. As undercover, they wears no uniforms. |
Kay17:USA do not have national police. FBI is not a national police. Is an undercover "federal bureau of investigations".As such, they don't wear uniforms. Other than prosecuting federal laws violations, FBI effect arrest of people who commit crime in one state and run or live in another states. FBI apprehend such people and present them to where they're needed. And also charge them for federal count of interstates flight to avoid prosecutions. Just like CIA do international flights to avoid prosecutions matters. Coordinations are synchronize seamlessly by the middle authority and the localities. For example Lagos city police complains to federal intelligences unit, who communicates with their branch in ibadan. Fed in ibadan, act on ibadan local police, who does the arrest. Hands to Fed who takes the criminal to Lagos local police, who charges him to court. Same thing between localities within the same state. The intermediary this time are state authorities like sherrif,DPS, or states Troopers. |
Nice, people need to know there are easier and better ways. Brother of mine have been ranching cattles and turkeys poultry for over ten years now. He is doing great. Have huge walk_in cold rooms for storages by popular markets locations. Business for him had been brisk. |
Kay17:Most likely to the states executive leaders and other duly elected representatives of the states. Their financiers will be same people, including businesses and individual contributions. |
janellemonae:correct to cerrain extent. All states in the USA have all arms of their national forces. They're call state national guards. In time of wars states contribute troops from their national guards units to meet the nations demand. State governors deploys some of these units occasionally to meet their state needs. Like riots and other emergencies. States national guards units, though wholly financed and equipped by federal government, but are under the command of states governors. After completions of national deployments engagements return to their state units bases. For example, GW Bush was a Texas national guards soldier. |
Kay17:Few remnants of present police can be designated as federal Marshall units (uniformed), while the nonuniformed intelligences units as federal intelligences unit like the FBl, and cia for international issues. All policings are local. All crimes happen in local jurisdictions. States sheriff department coordinate intra- state matters occuring across local jurisdictional authorities. FBI/ federal Marshalls coordinate inter-states and federal laws violations respectively. Often deputy costables (costabulary unit) police unincorporated areas between localities. Chiefs of local police are appointed by local governments chairs, who are ellected and accountable to the people. This is what decentralised police look like. |
Kay17:You don't know what you're saying. Quilt confusing yourself. |
Quakertellicus1:With creation of states and local police authorities. The federal, so called "Nigeria police" will be drastically reduced to dealing with inter-states and interjuridictional matters. Most of present police will be deployed to states or local governments of origins. Present police budgets will be allocated to states and local police departmental units for more efficient uses. |
MirabelArode:Ondo too. Time our political leaders start putting their security votes to use. If Fulanis can posses guns to protect their cows, our vigilante should be equally licensed with guns to protect lifes, and our productive farms properties. |
Chinwendym:Human liquid waste is full of contaminants, as human solid wastes. Should as well eat human feaces for therapy. Rubbish. Maid didn't know she was being filmed. She might be in prison now for her effort to poison others with her body waste. |
princeattah1:Evils lurks in unsavory places. Our useless centralised system gives life to corruptions. Centralised national cake system make it easy for thieves to get their hands on huge slices of the pie. Decentralisation is the antidote. |
isahsalee:Take evidences to courts. Let independent judicial body authenticate admissibility of tendered evidences and report to the press. Buhari efcc cannot be the police, prosecutors, juries and the judge. All these rubbish are superfluous prosecutorial propagandas. |
mars123:"The current system of government could be productive....". We have been practicing the current government system for over 50 years now. Has left more to be desire. The colonial power and our founding pioneers that worked together to design the system at the dawn of independence knew, regionalized system was what could potentiate our rich diverse resources capacities. Since 1966 we deviated from that structure, the whole country have sufferred, except the federal government that have been feeding fat on the regions resources. Is time for alternative system. Accountability will be more acute at regional grassroots levels. |

mars123:Regionalism is the "Real Change" Nigeria need. Every other change is cosmetic tinkering. The national foundation must return to pre-independence to 1966 structures to maximize the productive capacity of the country. |
@op You spent lines upon lines heaping praises. Should have spared some of the lines to introduce the product. Like; engine type and cylinder volume. Transmission type and gears.interior comfort like a/c if any. Speed/time potential.etc, etc. |
daretodiffer:Regardless of the poster's color. What he said is true. To an average Nigeria girl, anyone as yellow as the poster is white. Even half casts. The fact is average Nigerian, especially those with little or no education have inferiority complex. |
rottennaija:Never trust them. Continuous audits of their decisions is the only solution. |
maupe:Where will another #60billion come from for a supplemental appropriations for the railways? Why would NASS Just share #60 billion they said was unattached to any project among themselves as grassroots constituency projections development? They need to reallocate the money for what is for__rail. #60billion don't just fall from a tree to allocate another one in a supplementary budget. Railways will have more grassroots impact than the senators can ever have individually with their shares from the fund. |
Are the Agatu people back to their communities? |
All these buildings need painting. Looks like they've not been repainted for decades. |
bloodyBLOGGER:As fulani is a terrorist tribe. |
Ndolarr:Since pdp are responsible for the insurmountable problems the APC can't repair. Is natural the citizens bring pdp back to fix the problems they created. Get out the way apc, welcome back pdp. |
OCTAVO:It's a bye bye to "negative change" we don't need. |
